"Have always been happy with how quickly and efficiently orders are processed. The new free shipping is great, as usually I'm not in a rush for parts anyway, so ground shipping is fine. Most parts are great quality, but have had some minor issues with reproduction parts that don't appear to be as high quality as the genuine Volvo parts. Cost vs. quality, so just depends on how much you want to pay - FCP definitely has the best prices."
