" This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! I first ordered a pair of Burberry eyeglasses in April for my daughter and of COURSE they were in stock and a few days later they were on back order. So I emailed to find out how long it would take and of course I never heard from them, and don't even try to call on the phone because you will never, ever, ever get through!!! So fast forward to August...yep August, I send an angry email and magically they are ready to ship! I just have to give my credit card info again as it's only on file for 30 days!!! Well they actually called me on the phone and so I gladly gave them the info and was told it would take 3-5 days to ship! Do you think I have the glasses??? NO, NO I don't in fact I have sent several emails and called many, many times and still NOTHING!!! Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks... yep here we go again!!! I have had it...I'm sooooo DONE with this company!!! IF you are smart you will NOT order from this company it's not worth the headaches and hassles that are sure to come your way!!! RUN :("

"I ordered a pair of Ray Ban glasses with perscription lenses. I was notified within a couple days of my order that the color I wanted was on back order. So I called twice to change the color, but got voicemail. When I got through to someone on the third call, they were helpful and accommodating and changed the color for me. I got them a week later in the mail and I love them.

They need a better phone system and they need to update their inventory online more frequently, but they did a great job with the glasses and I'm happy with them and with the price.

"This is the worst company to order from. Please do yourself a favor and do NOT trust them. I ordered a pair of glasses three weeks ago and they have yet to be delivered. Not only that, they will not return my emails or voicemails. There is something highly suspicious about this company and I am very sorry I gave them my service at all. I would not have given them even 1 star if the system did not make me pick."

"I placed an order for a pair of Oakley sunglasses that were listed as "in stock" on June 20th. I had just broken my last pair of sunglasses so I paid for the 3 day shipping. By June 26th I had still not received shipping confirmation. I called and was dumped in a hold queue just to get a voicemail prompt and then another saying the voicemailbox was full. I kept calling until I got through to a fairly curt representative who couldn't give me any more than "they might ship tomorrow." I asked that the order be cancelled. After a brief debate, she agreed to cancel the order and send me a confirmation email. I still haven't seen the email but I have already ordered the same sunglasses from Amazon. Sure, they were $12 more expensive, but they'll be here tomorrow.

I will not be giving eyeglasses4all any additional business. I have high expectations for the companies I spend my money with, and this company fell painfully short.

"The customer service at this outlet is a JOKE! I broke my frames and needed a replacement. Ordered online. Called 2 days after I ordered and asked when the item would ship, they assured, albeit promised me that that they would ship the following day. 6 days later I call back and I'm then told the frames were not even in stock! WHY DO THESE COMPANIES FEEL THEY CAN LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"My review is probably a bit early as it has only been 8 days, however, I have tried daily, multiple times to call the customer service line which always goes to a voicemail box that is full. I've never before experienced a business where not only do you go to voicemail constantly, but they must not even be checking the voicemail if it's always full. I wish I had have read the reviews here before ordering as I never would have ordered. It's not that I'm unhappy that it's been 8 days, I did not expect to see them this quickly, although I would have if I had ordered from clearlycontacts.ca like I normally do. I am frustrated by the lack of customer service, or the lack of ability to even get through to customer service. Oh, and my order still says processing, not shipped or anything like that, and of course as others have mentioned before, they have stopped me from being able to access the money but have not processed it."

"NEVER EVER EVER order from this company - they are awful! The website said the glasses were in stock - I ordered & paid $15 for express shipping to get them in time. I was told on an email after FINALLY getting an answer (don't bother calling - you will never get an answer!) that my order was shipping that day! A week goes by, nothing, no tracking on the website NOTHING! I call - of course no answer just a message....I email - get another email telling me my order will be shipping the next day....WHAT??? you told me that it shipped a week ago. I still have not received my order & I am trying to cancel so I can go purchase IN PERSON at a legitimate company what I need!!!!!"

"HORRIBLE! Tried to buy Oakley sunglasses (which the website said were in stock). Received an email stating they are back-ordered. Called and talked to a rude rep that said they will be in 10 days. Almost 3 weeks later, no glasses. (And the website still says they are in stock still) Tried to contact them for days. Left messages, left emails. No response. Cancelled the order. "I placed an order on this site for one pair of non-prescription Oakley sunglasses on 06/08. They were to be a Father's Day gift, and according to the site, orders are normally processed and arrive within about 8 business days, so I knew I had plenty of time to receive the order by 06/19. Again, these were not specific or prescription glasses. When the glasses did not arrive by the Friday before Father's Day (06/17), I sent an e-mail asking about the order. I got no response. I left a message during regular business hours the following Monday and got no response. Only after the second e-mail was I told that the debit card I used was only "authorized" at the time of the order and not charged. That only happens after an order is shipped, so there was no need for a refund. In other words, they immediately make the money unavailable to the customer, but don't actually take it until the item ships. I'm not sure when or if I would have gotten my order, since it's now three weeks out. I will never do business with this company. I didn't even get an explanation or apology."

"Got an amazing price on a pair of Ray-Bans! something like 50% off :) They had fast, free shipping (a big plus) and addons like anti reflection and anti scratch are really inexpensive compared to other places. "Great prices great deals, and I love the frames I received (if not the lenses), but... calling their customer service line left a bad taste in my mouth. I was very excited when I finally received my glasses, and then was very disappointed to put them on to find that the right lens was just completely the wrong prescription. I called to get a refund for this and the rep was curt and impatient. Without even giving me the option of a refund, she told me she would have her optometrist take a look at it. This would be okay, as I love the frames and want to keep the glasses, but I will also be out of town for a month in 16 days. When I asked if they would be returned to me by then, she said "probably," even though it took 13 days just to get the glasses the first time. I need a little more assurance than that, like an offer of expedited shipping, or the ability to return them after I get back from my trip. What am i supposed to do if they come after i'm gone and they still don't work? Be stuck with a pair of $230 useless eyeglasses?

Honestly, if the lens had been made right the first time around, there wouldn't be an issue, but talking to the woman over the phone, I almost felt like I was the one in the wrong. There was no apology on the behalf of the company for the mistake, she just seemed like she was in a rush to get off the phone and was annoyed I was asking questions.

I was also supposed to receive free return shipping, as my order was over $150, but she never mentioned it. I emailed to ask for an outright refund instead of a "fix," and to query about the free shipping on returns claim, as I didn't want to have to call that woman again. Then I googled to get to this site, as I couldn't believe the lack of customer service skills on the part of the phone rep, and frankly, that made me doubt the legitimacy of this company. Will rewrite a review once the issue gets completely resolved.

"Horrible experience! I ordered glasses that said "in stock" on their website (they actually still do say they are in site) on 5/16 on 5/23, a week later, I called and was told they would ship out that day. An hour or so later I received an email telling me they were backordered till June 9th. There appears to be no communication within the company since I was given wildly conflicting information within a short period of time. I'd stay away from this company if time is at all a factor for you andd if you value accurate and customer focused employees."
