"The original order was placed online, processed and shipped accordingly. The ship to and billing addresses are separate; midwest versus southwest territory respectively. Everything was sent to the head quarters location without my kestrel or me being there. Thankfully i allowed for some additional time before the next project; by doing so was able to connect with customer service and have a replacement sent directly to the ship to address. Easy solution when you have a quality company (Kestrel products/service/support) to collaborate with. Thanks for the continued quality throughout!"
