"I would give B-Stock Supply Zero Stars. They do not honor their buyer protection. Sellers get away with posting misleading listings and send worthless items. I won a B-Stock Supply auction of 1 pallets Gaming Monitor Lot & More, 22 Units, Customer Returns, Est. Original Retail $4,67. I won the auction for $1800. Here are my issues with this transaction: This lot is definitely not customer returns as 13pcs of the most expensive curved monitors were cracked and missing important accessories like stand and power cords. 4pcs where so old that they could not have been customer returns as they were at least 13 years old monitors. 4pcs that worked are missing all accessories like stand or cords. These were definitely tested and accessories removed and were meant to go to recycling but i was sold these as untested customer returns. Untested customer returns should have 70% working units as that is the industry standard . The company is hand picking and testing these and stating that they are “UNTESTED CUSTOMER RETURNS”. These people are systematically cheating people posting things as untested customer returns whereas they gone through them and choosing cracked ones for the auction and that should not be allowed on this market place. They should be listed as Tested Not Working or Salvage category. I submitted disputes online more than three times(online dispute does not work properly), never received confirmation email, called and was greeted by message saying the whole company is out on vacation for a week. What company goes out on vacation for a whole week in the middle of month with no known holiday.
Then i called was asked to submit dispute via email, I submitted a dispute with B-Stock and my dispute was forwarded to their 3rd party company, Auction Insurance Agency by Ken who had given me the glad tiding that i do not have case before even reading my dispute. B-Stock Supply advertises a "Buyer Protection" for orders over $300 but has not followed through with this promise. The listing was grossly misrepresented, misleading, and the seller defrauded me. This seller is conducting unfair business practices and B-Stock DOES NOT stand by their Buyers Protection. They side only with their crooked and dishonest sellers.

“This customer's complaint is merited. Evertek failed to live up to our high standards of excellence.
We have taken appropriate measures internally to prevent any similar situation from arising again.
We have approximately 100 employees in a 160,000 square foot building. It can be difficult at times to know what everyone is doing at all times.
In an effort to prevent this type of thing from arising again, we have created an email address where any customer can communicate directly with the owners of Evertek to solve problems that have not been resolved in the ordinary course of business.

Rip off

"If there was a way to rate with no stars I would do that.

Initial contact and sales process was excellent. We then placed a 50k trial order for dispatch to an intenational destination outside of the US. When the goods were received everything was received and accounted for and the sales began. This is where the issues manifested...

Several notebooks were DOA out the box with faulty drives, PSU units and batteries. (Not one or two but on some SKUs as high as 20%. Other products were also DOA out of the box with either dead batteries, missing parts (trolley speakers with no handles, some items with PSU units that are not for the device) and some were simply DOA (trolley speaker with faulty internal transformer, desktop HDD not being seen by the PC). We eventually issued a recall on over half the supplied equipment.

After contacting the suplier we were told this is not their fault and all the orders they have supplied are fine other than the one supplied to our company! Must be something in the water where we come from...

Terrible

"Evertek Computer Corporation their upper management is great. That being said, they trust the warehouse manager more than the employees that try to keep them running. It was about 6 or over months ago that i worked there. The part that drove me away is going to the warehouse manager James with issues that could have help the business without lose, but them being put off till it was a actual problem. After that, it came down on the employees trying to help or point out the problem. The problems became an issue when noticed "upstairs" . Even when everyone tried to correct them before the fact.

Evertek doesn't handle returns well

"I have been buying equipment from Evertek for over ten years now. Most of the time the experience is good. My merchandise is received in good condition and shipping is on time. But if there is a problem the situation is much different. I ordered several iPads recently from Evertek. One of the iPads I received was faulty. Initially, when I received the unit it worked for about 15 minutes and then completely failed, DOA. I promptly returned the unit to Evertek after obtaining an RMA. It took them over ten business days to even address the problem. Then they stated that they would issue a credit memo. And now, after 12 business days have elapsed I have still to receive a refund. Not only do I not have the merchandise I ordered but I had to pay for shipping in both directions and I doubt that they will volunteer to reimburse me for that."

"Customer Since 2008, had few issues and were solved fast but since Bogdan left this company everything is a mess there.
No Customer service at all and no deals like before. I received my last order stuff were missing and had many products damaged no one is doing something there.
They ask you to wire funds quickly but they won t fix your problems quickly. If you like to play russian roulette order with them..

"We have ordered from Evertek since 2007 in the thousands and we have had very small issues. We have had to RMA a few times with no issues; we either get a credit/replacement item or if still in stock the same. Everything is done in a timely matter except for the RMA's take around 2-4 weeks but that is their policy. We were short shipped twice but it was taken remedied immediately by our salesperson. We have worked with several salespeople in the past they come for a few years and then they go but I have to honestly say Jay always in on the ball and available to help in any capacity that he can and if not he will get it done. I really hope he stays with the company for a lot longer than the rest. It’s always a smooth transaction with Jay and if not he will fix it. I always tell my clients/customers do not judge a company if everything is ok judge it when something goes wrong and how they remedy it. That's how we have done with Evertek. We will order from Evertek again and again!

"The Evertek staff has no awareness how inconvenient it is to do business there. There are some nice people there, but their policies and lack of concern over the customer experience makes them fall flat on their face one minute after the next. The only thing they have going for them is low price. Don't ever actually count on them and you will be just fine. "

" I thought the shipping department shall know to put the model number on the invoice. The export invoice shall always put product name, model number, made origion, and the box size... that's very comment sense. The customs can't match the products by the invoice, thats why the product can't clear. This's very un-profession shipping method that your shipping department process. Wrote the email to regard my return packages about 1 week ago, No one give me a reply."
