"My experience with evertek has mostly been good, they ship their items quickly and their prices are very good. You just have to be careful that some of their products that seem to good to be true are too good to be true. They sell a lot of electronics that do what they say they do but are unreliable and don't have the features that you might want. A lot of times it might be worth it to order form somewhere else so that you can get a product from a brand that is well known. I have only had to do one return, but I have yet to see how it turns out since I just sent it back this week."

"Invariably excellent results from Evertek. They supply retail ready computer parts and accessories and have an excellent selection at wholesale prices. I have used their RMA twice and it has been easy and quick. I had one issue with the condition of a package, brought it to their attention, and received an immedate response with a 5% coupon."

"So far so good. I order many things from them. Not intended for none-computer Techs. About 10% of items are bad but are in warranty. Just ship back and they send you another one. Cost me more money to ship back. I really dont think I should have to pay to ship back a received none working item. Should be working when I get it. After 14 days maybe then I should pay shipping back but not straight out of box item is bad. But I have not found any other company that does anything better. And I have tried many. These folks have been nice when I call and have answered thier phones. No voice prompts or rude people yet."

"For the most part we have had our orders filled in a timely manner. We did loose a $3000 sale because they over sold their inventory and never ONCE let us know that we would not receive our order. On a scale of 1 to 10 on communication, they rate a 0 (being below acceptable). Watch what you order."

"I have purchased from Evertek for years, they do offer cheap prices. I do not recomend them to novices or anyone with low volume. The failure rate for parts is high, but in most cases a call to your sales rep will speed up a replacement. If you rely on the RMA department or tech support alone you will not be happy. I have recieved the wrong parts, missing parts, and parts not properly advertised. Emailing tech support is a waist of time. I have tried to contact them about V90 modems that are shipped as V92 modems with V90 software, but they dont seem to care and just keep selling them as is. I have had many of there products returned by customers because of the wrong drivers are not as advertised. We have come to the point that If the product is under $20 cost we just through it away as a write off. They do offer low prices and If you are vigilant enough they do honor their warranties.If you are buying bits and pieces go elsewhere."

"Evertek does not stand behind their products. We have received full boxes of RMA's back that they claim were not packed properly. These shipments left our shop packed in peanuts and other packing material...it was returned with no packing material and pictures that they had taken after the packing material had been removed. They also send back many bad parts saying there is no problem with them. For instance, we just received a video card back that they said they tested. It did not work in our test machines and we tested again on several more machines and it still doesn't work. We have a high failure rate with their parts as well. Their cheap but I guess you get what you pay for!!!! I will never buy any more mechandise from them...and I use to buy large amounts from them. When I called them about these problems, they were extremely argumentative and had no concerns about customer satisfaction."
