"Do not order from this company. They are a complete scam and the Sunday customer service is a joke. Francis, the customer service agent, offered no solutions and no help. They only said to call back during “regular business hours”. Sunday is falsely advertised on their website as a regular business day for them. They give you no option to cancel an order within a few hours of purchase like all other retailers do and they are not reachable to help if you need them after banking hours. Just look through the comments for the real reviews because you will find plenty of complaints about this company and I should have before I attempted to purchase from them. Most of the positive reviews are from people that have “won a contest”. I will not, under any circumstances, purchase from this scam of a company again. "
"I ordered this with rush shipping for my mom for Mother’s Day. It arrived in time and I excitedly opened it! Inside the stones were not set properly and chunks of glue could be seen at the sides. I contacted customer service with pictures. Asking if they could help by sending me a new necklace if I sent this one back in time. They told me that I could send their faulty product back at my expense and that they would process any “adjustment charges” to my credit card on file.
They are getting a fraud claim through my bank now and their customer service rates 1 for being fast, but completely unhelpful to a situation they caused.

"Not an accommodating company to work with first of all. Secondly, I ordered a matching bracelet for my daughter and her new baby (the first baby in our family) for her first Mother's Day and I couldn't be more disappointed. Online it looks like the engraving was large enough for the naked eye to read however in reality you cannot read the engraving. I think I remember being able to read a name on a grain of rice back in the day more than I can see this. I contacted the company, expressed my dissatisfaction with the size of the font they used and basically was told 'sorry... not sorry'. I'm the unproud owner of this junk now. I would NOT recommend this company at all. Not for anything. Keep shopping around. I have major buyers remorse and remorse for NOT shopping around more. 4-20-2021"

"Poor quality, ruby and garnet look very similar. Stone colors look nothing like website picture. The top stone of my four cross necklace birthstones was placed incorrectly and thus tilted. Heart charm box for $22 is very small approx.2inch and doesn’t have a good spot to fasten the necklace. Customer service terrible. Wouldn’t offer a replacement or a return. Will never order Eve’s addition again. User beware. Consider yourself warned."
"I don't know whether they're aware or ignorant that they're selling FAKE silver jewelry that is sold as real sterling & stamped .925 but they are!
I had five pieces from them & long story short, had to sell them. A magnet at the 1st jewelry store I went to was waved over the small pile of silver jewelry (I had other non Eve's pieces too) and 2 pieces clung to it. I was told the 2 rings were not silver, certainly not sterling.
Not believing them, I went to 3 other places, 1 other jewelry store & 2 pawn style shops. I was told the same thing by them too.
It had been years since I got these pieces, plus 1 was a gift from an ex, so there was no returning to Eve's Addiction.
I am so disappointed if this is an oversight & disgusted if it's blatantly done on purpose for profit.
I only had 5 items and 2 were fake. They have 100's if not 1000's of items...think what you're paying for!
I'd at least pretend to want to sell whatever it is you buy, you don't have to sell it and you get a free look into if your jewelry is good quality (or at least made of the material it's said to be on their website!)"
"I ordered the largest necklace I could find and it was very thin. Easily bends. The chain of the necklace is so small I couldn’t latch it back together. Totally not worth the $52.00 dollars I spent. Never buying from here again. "

"When I looked on their website I didn't read all the reviews,but I scanned through most of them and they were all good.Guess they eliminate the bad reviews. So I ordered a personalized bracelet.It was leather with a stainless steel plate.Could not believe what I received.The leather was cheap,and the stainless steel was even cheaper and flimsy.I could have done a better job engraving because you could barely read it.It was more like it was scratched on.And of course they are not going to make it good.The company did admit they get a lot of complaints on their engraving.But they use cheap materials.Cannot imagine that I would ever order from them again.And I saw no place on their website that I was able to make a comment on my order.But my advise,just order elsewhere for any jewelry one might want to purchase.I have found better quality pieces at a cheap dept.store."

The rings came quickly, but I noticed that they left out a specific ring and gave two of a different one. I contacted the company and they send the other ring free of charge no questions asked. The jewelry is beautiful and inexpensive. "

"Bought 2 rings, upon receipt they were flimsy, cheap looking, I returned them. After a month they have not refunded my $. I was on chat with them they wanted the mailing receipt from the post office that I paid in cash for the return, I did not have it. I told the person that I imagine if I produced the post office receipt they would have "miraculously" found my return. I am out over $50.40. Don't do business with them. If you don't like your purchase I'm assuming you will be out of luck."
