Love the new vacuum!

"We have an old Dyson that can't clean carpets well, so we bought a Miele C3 Marin, and it is MUCH better! We now have clean rugs, free of all the cat hair that the Dyson missed. The Miele has a HEPA filter as well, and onboard tools. The light in front of the power brush is a nice touch. Sebo makes a good vacuum as well- but we wanted the Miele because we don't have a repair shop anymore that fixes Sebo, while there are several for Miele. Evacuumstore shipped the Miele quickly, and gave us free shipping. Thanks! "

This Would Be A Good Name For An Online Vacuum Parts Company

"Too bad it belongs to these guys.

I ordered a Hoover part on Friday, 8/14. I received an e-mail telling me the part had shipped the same day, hours later. It did not however contain any tracking info despite having paid an extra $15.00 to get it 3 Day UPS. I called. They had no visibility into tracking. Today, 8/20, I called again only to learn that the part was on back order. And that the e-mail regarding shipping goes out when the order is transmitted to the OEM regardless of actual shipping status. The charmer I spoke with didn't even answer my greeting of "How are you doing today, Josh?". Instead I got a very forceful, "How can I help you?" I have subsequently cancelled the order as I have no confidence in any aspect of their operation. (Can't wait to see how the refunding process works . . .) I tell you this to save you some time and energy. If you proceed, you are on your own.

Never shipped

"If I could give the company a zero star rating I would! I purchased a fairly expensive item, and after 11 days I reached out to see if the item was ever going to arrive. I was informed by a customer service rep. that my item was on a “nation wide back order”. Which is interesting, mainly because they never told me anything about a back order. They took my money right away, but they never delivered the product. I was informed they would refund my money, and I’m still waiting for that too. This company can’t deliver on anything they promise....... what a joke of a company! "

Awful Customer Service

"Bought an Electrolux hose and power head from them. Turns out Electrolux quality is pretty poor. However, Evacuumstore's customer support was atrocious. The power head no longer worked after about 7 months and it took over 3 1/2 months to get a replacement head. Then the handle broke due to poor quality and design shortly out of the warranty period and they would do nothing to repair or replace it.
Their customer service is more of a "disservice". They are apathetic, don't care, and have zero effort to resolve a problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Poor service

"I placed my order on 12/12. Received an email on 12/13 that it shipped. Have not received it. Emailed their support team on 12/23 and was told they would respond with tracking number. I still hadn’t received an update so on 12/26 I contacted them again. They finally got back to me on 12/29 that it was on backorder. I asked when they expect to be back in stock and they still haven’t responded. I am hoping that the money I spent hasn’t been wasted. "

Worst Customer Service Ever

"Order parts for my dyson over a week ago. Called after 5 days and was told they were coming directly from Dyson and they would have them send me an email when it shipped. Called 3 days later was told they would get a tracking number for me. They did send a tracking number and the tracking number was invalid. So back to square one. Called this morning and told them to cancel the order. They said the order was shipped. Sounds like BS to me. I told them I was going to tell the delivery people to return to sender. I was then told that I would be charged a fee for declining the order. I guess it will take so long to get here that they'll then say it's out of the 30 day return period if it doesn't work properly. Stay away from this company !!!!!!! "

Horrible customer service and products ****

"Bought a new built in vac accessory kit and had some fitting problems. They said there was nothing they would do as it was as I ordered and the 30 day return policy was past. I just asked for help so I could use what I bought but was met with a very curt and short "though Luck" and goodbye.
Wished I had checked on then\m before buying.

"Rude and dishonest customer service people. They think that they are generals and customers are soldiers. Rude and abusive tone of voice.
Dishonest information are given over the phone.

Website said shipping would be up to 10 business days, 25 days later I hadn’t received any updates or shipping confirmation so I called to cancel and they refused to honor the cancellation since they “said” it already had shipped. And if I refuse the shipment I get charged for additional shipping plus $9.95. That’s not how you treat customers.
