However after emailing the customer service at eonon I was relieved how helpful they are, I offered to ship my unit back but they insisted I keep it and ship me a new unit free of charge. "I purchased a Q03PRO in August of this year, it was delivered within a week as well as the free reverse camera and OBD2 Bluetooth scanner. Eonon not only got me the unit faster than anyone else, they also responded to my email within 24 hours or even sooner. My wire harness that connects the monitor to the unit was damaged and affected the display.
Eonon emailed me back within 24 hours letting me know a new wire harness will be on its way.
Evelyn has kept me up to date almost every day, even without my asking.
Eonon has the greatest customer service of any product, especially these days.

"I ordered a unit and a back up camera and there was a promotion for a free backup camera that I was unaware of and at check out I didn’t realize it. Customer service contacted me and asked if I really wanted two cameras since one was free which I only needed one. The reimbursed the charge since one was free. It was great that they saw this and contacted me. Then upon delivery the package had been opened and or damaged in transit and the backup camera was missing. I contacted customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement with no questions. This is amazing customer service that looks out for their customers. "
"I was on the fence about purchasing a new radio but I decided to take the chance based on a few reviews I saw online.
Firstly I have a 2011 Mazda Axela; the Japanese version of the Mazda 3. The look exactly the same on the outside but there are a few differences notably the radio wiring harness connector. It's plug and play if I had the USA Mazda 3 but unfortunately I had to cut the wires. I had figured out the main speakers and power wires but I had no reverse camera nor steering wheel controls. Customer service was extremely helpful in sending me the wiring diagram and It was clear and simple and within about a hour or so I was able to get my reverse camera and steering wheel controls working. I also had a issue with it not detecting my voice in android auto but that was also resolved with an update provided by Evelyn the customer service.
The audio quality is clear, radio works great Bluetooth connection is stable I have not had any random disruptions and it power up by the time the engine starts which is really cool.
At the end of it the unit works as advertised, no lag or any other problems. I would recommend to anyone looking a new unit. "

Jessica helped me track the parcel as it had already been sent out, and as soon as it came I sent Jessica pictures to see that it was still in the box and it hadn’t been opened.
