"Before ordering I had contacted my local Triumph dealer regarding the parts I needed. They would have to order them and it would have taken 2-3 days to come in. My dealer is an hour drive away. Parts from Engle Triumph were made to believe they were in stock. Only ordered 1 accessory and 1 handlebar bolt. Order sat in received status for over a week and when if finally moved to shipped status, it again sat for 2 days in label created status with USPS. USPS provide fast shipping once they finally got the package. Engle Triumph shipping just stuffed the parts in a padded envelope with no protection. Luckily the parts were undamaged but the packaging was crushed. Engle Triumph was the same price as my local dealer but their website is clearly misleading. I would recommend avoiding this dealership. "
