"Needed to order a gasket that I couldn’t find locally for my Triumph. Google said this dealership had it in stock, and that I could get it in less than a week. At the time, I was desperate and decided to pay their $13 shipping fee for the $3 gasket to try and get it asap. They claimed shipping in 2-5 days, but the post office didn’t get it until 9 days after I ordered it. I called, and to their credit they were fairly friendly and professional on the phone, but didn’t have any sympathy or offer any condolences for the situation. As of writing this review, I still haven’t received the gasket. Not entirely their fault, if Google said they had it in stock, but they didn’t. I just wish they would have notified me or contacted me to let me know. Next time, I’ll go through a known source or my local dealership. "
