"4gb high grade memory purchased, after 1 week, memory failed, no replies to email RMA request and no return phone calls! ? are they out of business or what????? I want my 80 dollars back!"
"Purchased a 2 gig stick of memory for my netbook. I had ordered the superior quality ram. Memory did not work when I received. 3 days to respond after e-mailing. I shipped it back like they had requested. I received an e-mail 2 weeks later asking what exact model of my netbook it was. The response a week later was that I was supposed to use a certain kind of memory, which was the memory that I had purchased. No response. I wrote two e-mails, after the 2nd they responded stating that they had refunded my money. Horrible service.. a month later I am left with no ram and having spent 12 dollars on shipping costs that were not reimbursed. "
"This product did not work even though it was supposed to be the same memory that my system used. After asking for an RMA number I went without a response for 2 days, asked again and after 2 more days finally got a response, however I was no longer in a position to be waiting on memory to be exchanged and had to resolve the issue another way. At that time I asked for a refund. The company also charges 20% restocking fees without explaining if they found the part to be defective or not, but they are willing to charge for testing before they send you the item (I guess that means its fine to them). The website does tell you that they charge at 20% restocking fee however it is only waived if the product is found to be "DEFECTED" as their site puts it (http://www.enetshoponline.com/returnpolicy.html). Will never buy from this company again would suggest you think twice before doing so. For any additional info, feel free to email me at ****@****"
"I had what I thought was a cpu failure in one of my older PCs (socket A) and needed a replacement sempron. Did a Google shopping search and came up with this vendor and was a bit worried when I checked them here. So, I decided to call first.
The phone number (at least the one currently on their website) does certainly work and I spoke with Michael for assurance that the part was in stock and was not a "pull". They had a good price and free USPS shipping on a Sempron 2600. Cheaper than just what the same was going for on ebay. So I ordered.
I received a receipt immediately and the next day a shipping notification. Part arrived on time, well packaged. Curious about the Ok sticker on the back. I always get OEM cpus and that is the first time I saw such a sticker but it certainly does not look used, came in a little AMD pkg and it works fine (my PC problem turned out to be the PSU, btw).
I would order from them again."
"Sent wrong & defective DDR memory module. They will not answer E-mails for RMA, all phone lines disconnected for both Enet & PC menory."
"Bought 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 PC2-5300 Memory. # weeks later 1 stick failed. Followed instructions on their site for RMA - a week later the memory was replaced. No problem. Will do business with these folks again."
"On March The 5th,I placed an order for Some computer Parts, I waited about 10 days.
I called Their support number which was listed on their web site, I asked their support team were my order was.
Support staff said that my order was shipped out first class us mail thru the post office.
I then ask the support person to please provide me with a tracking number, Which they said they did not have one, At this time I knew I was getting the run around and ask to speak to the owner or the supperviser.
I was put on hold for about 25,(min) then the phone just hung up, so I then called back and spoke to their support staff again, Sounded like the same person as Before.

"It's easy to form a positive opinion about a company based on successful purchase. In my case the memory chip I ordered didn't work on my computer. It was not seller's fault - they used common software that suggested incorrect chip. But what was remarkable - how simple and painless was the process of returning the merchandise. No calls, RMA, my responsibility was clearly specified in their rules - return postage only. That's it. Though I eventually didn't buy from them, the whole impression was very positive. I've decided to write this review after really hard experience with some other company - you appreciate things by comparing them."
"I have got a bad memory chips (2) from them...
I'm sure In have ordered the right one, specific (compatable to my I845 mb)..."
"don't even think about this store! the memory i got was no name crap. I tried it on two systems and it wouldn't work. OK so I took a chance expecting to incur the 20% restocking fee, but these idiots won't return an email or phone call! yeah right they will get you an rma# and instructions for the return, the reality is once they've shipped to you, you no longer exist!"
"This was the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a video card from them awhile back and was sent the wrong card. The card in the picture and the one they describe in the description are the card that I intended to order. However, apparently that's not the same card as what's in the title. They sent the ATI Radeon X600PRO 256MB PCI Express just like it says. Apparantly, that's different from the ATI Radeon ALL-IN-WONDER X600PRO 256MB PCI Express. However, I assumed it was the same card because in the description, they are clearly describing the ALL-IN-WONDER card, which is the one I intended to order. The picture was also of the ALL-IN-WONDER Card. So when I returned the card, they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I called them and notified them of the discrepancy. I even sent them the link. The just kept responding with "this is the correct card." They refused to listen to me. I even took screen shots of the website in case they tried to change it. It was very difficult to communicate with them as well because at the time, all of the employees I spoke with (probably 3-5 of them) spoke broken English at best, which is the only language I speak fluently. I had one employee tell me that he would speak with his manager, but he was only away from the phone for a few seconds, clearly not enough time to have a conversation with anyone. He then informed me that they would only charge a 15% restocking fee. I'd made 6 calls and sent probably 6-10 emails. I realized then that the 15% restocking fee would be the best deal I'd get. I said "OK" but was then still charged a 20% restocking fee. I contacted them about this but I was quickly dismissed each time. They also quit repsonding to my emails. I'll never do business with them again because I don't trust them. I still have every last drop of documentation to prove this."
"After three emails 10days later and one phone call I finally recieved an RMA number for my order which has held up the operation of my business.
Very Dissatisfied Customer."
"Memory works as promised, system detects memory and works.

"Do not buy from this company.
Bought an OEM Athlon XP 3200 that worked for a few weeks and quit. On close inspection, it appeared that some of the traces had been manually cut. RMA'd it and received a new one without any quibbles even though it was out side their warranty period. This one will not and never has run at 3200 MHZ without a blue screen occuring it runs fine at 2500 MHZ which leads me to believe it may be a remarked XP or MP 2500.
I liked that they RMA'd it, but what's the point of RMA'ing me something that won't run at it's stated clock speed, and should I have to keep RMA'ing until I receive something that works as advertised?
I figured at first it may have been the memory I was using. I changed this recently with the same result, so it's the processor. Have written to them about this without receiving a reply. I've also seen numerous examples recently online of their customers complaining about remarked processors.
I should have done my research better, or spent the extra few dollars at newegg to receive the correct merchandise as advertised and much better customer service and warranty periods."
"Ordered a stick of 256MB PC133 RAM. It arrived in a timely fashion, but it turned out to defective. To get an RMA, I had to send three emails over three days before I got a response. Recieved a replacement a week later and it works fine this time. I am rather hesitant to order again from this retailer."
