"I purchased a vent fan from Energy Conscious that was advertised as 'free shipping', but needed to return it due to a mistake in the site's description. When I returned it due to their error, the company had the nerve to deduct $26 off of the cost saying I had to pay them back for their 'free shipping.' I've never known a company to do this, so do not believe the word 'free.' This is on top of the $15 I paid to ship it back via FedEx. I don't know why the Energy Conscious stole an extra $9 for themselves. If they cannot afford free shipping, they shouldn't offer it. Dealing with this company cost me $41 with nothing in return."
