"I tried to have an order rerouted to another address since they shipped my order UPS who doesn't deliver to PO Boxes. Their shipping department let my order go through like this instead of calling me or picking a carrier option that would deliver to a PO Box. I was told by UPS to have the company call to change the delivery address. EC told me that when they called UPS that they were told they couldn't rerouted the package so they canceled my order and redid the order. Except I was traveling on a time schedule which is why ordered it when I did and the new delivery date it wouldn't arrive on time. So I was told I could have the new order rerouted (despite this supposedly wasn't allowed first order) or cancel my order, but if I did I would be charged $35 ($16 shipping to me and $16 back to them despite I recently free shipping to me in the first place). I was just so fed up with everything at that point I just canceled and paid $35 for a product I never received. They messed up and made me take the blame for their mess up. The first order should have never been sent out when they know UPS won't ship to PO Boxes. I will never order from this company again or recommend them. "
