"I ordered a set of Beyern wheels and tires from Element Wheels on June 8 for a BMW 335i. The courteous sales staff helped me select the right size/tires & TPM's. Price was competitive with free shipping and they even threw in free chrome wheel locks.
Wheels arrived at my door just 1 week later. Wheels were well packaged to protect them from shipping damage. Inspected on arrival and they were perfect - no scratches whatsoever.
Installed on car and took it up to 100 MPH with absolutely no wheel vibration at all. Excellent mounting and balancing job. TPM's were recognized no problem. Had an issue with one tire but not the fault of the vendor. Customer service helped sort out the problem. I would definitely recommend this vendor. "
"I bought a set of wheels from Elementwheels.com for my wife's 2011 GMC Acadia. The sales person I dealt with (Robert) was outstanding to deal with. The wheels I wanted are hard to find in the size I needed, but Robert went out of his way to find what I wanted. No pressure, no trying to convince me to buy something I didn't want. Element even offered to custom cut the wheels, should they not be able to find the right sizes.
Communication was constant and return contacts were quick and informative. All said and done; I got exactly what I wanted, shipping was fast, the price was right and the customer service was top notch!

"I bought a set of wheels & tires from another shop before I heard about Element Wheels. I wish I had known about these guys before buying from someone else:( After purchasing my new wheels and tires from "The Other Guys" I left and my car was shaking uncontrollably. I turned the car around to head straight back to them and they said that they were too busy to help me? I scheduled an appointment for the next day, and they told me that my car needed an alignment and they could do that for $89.00. I said fine, I'll do it. Low and behold, the vibration was still there, its like they did not do anything? I called back to speak to the owner and he was never available. I then searched for another knowledgable wheel shop then I found Element Wheels. The guys over there were very courteous and helpful. They were able to solve my problem in one try. "On 01/03/2011 i ordered 4 17x7 4x114.3 TSW Donington's. On the website they said they would respond to me once my order was reviewed. I never received any such response. So after a week of no response i called a left a message. They never called me back i had to call again the next day. I gave them my info and they told me they didn't have the wheels in my size and said they sent me an email about it. I never received any such emails from them i even double checked to see if i had missed it, checked my spam box to couldn't find it. I felt like this was a real lack of customer service if they didn't have the wheels they should have called me the next day and told me. But i have to say they did have the best prices i could find anywhere and free shipping to bad they seem to be liars and lack common curtis. Just orderd the same wheels from Wheels Next. I got a call within 24 hours of ordering them telling me they didn't have my size in stock but it is on back order and will be there in a week. That is how it should be done. "
