"I have ordered from element vape 4 times in the last 6 months and never had a single issue. I get exactly what I'm looking for and their prices are usually lower than other sites. They require a picture ID to prove you are old enough to legally purchase vape gear and eliquid. You should only have to upload it once but it had asked me 3 times with separate orders so I emailed them and they responded within 24 hours and manually updated my account. Excellent customer service. Shipping is decent too. Not super fast but not slow either. I always get my order within a week. Cannot recommended this shop enough!"

"I placed the order at elementvape website a week or so ago. The next morning I received email from them where they stated that they refused the service because something wrong with my card. I kindly asked them to provide some phone number or another way to contact them to discuss the issue. No response, no phone line, nothing. They just turned their back to me without any explanations or willingness to address the problem
