Aweful "return" policy

"What a horrible Company! I bought a vape from them 12-14 and when I received it the tank would leak all over the place. I contacted their customer service department right away and asked for an exchange. They said they can't do anything at all and that I should take it up with Smok. Just brutal....there are PLENTY of other companies that don't have policies that leave you high and dry (leaky!) on the internet. They all charge about the same price....do yourself a favor and don't buy from these guys. "

Prince Stick order

"I ordered a prince stick from Element Vape and received last night when I returned home from work. Have not used the device at all because every time I put liquid into the tank it just leaks out. I just received it yesterday and still using my old one. Any other store that I have dealt with in the past replaces defective devices that they sell but they will not do anything. I don't particularly care about the return policy because there is no way that you can determine if the device is defective or not by not opening it. That just makes no sense at all. I asked for at least a replacement tank and they will not send me one. I will never order from them again due to this. I have wasted liquid, another coil and tried to change the seals and still continues to leak. The response I received was that all tanks leak a little bit. This isn't the case with this one as it just empties the thing out completely. I know tanks leak a little. I have one that does so and it is hard to prevent that but for a tank to completely empty out once it is full is an issue with the tank. The glass is not broken and is in perfectly good shape. I feel like regardless if it is there device or not they should honor the sale and try to help their customers out but do not do anything but provide you a link of their policies that don't make any sense at all because you would never know a device to be defective unless you actually open up the device."

Ripped off twice

"When you get 2 defective devices in a row and the company don't refund the full amount ( minus $8 shipping twice) My bad .I wanted it took the store credit instead of the refund ( minus the $8 shipping ) thinking what are the odds I would get 2 bad ones in a row and I orderd a different color to be sure .Answer 100 % defective!!! Now I'm out $16 and 2 trips to the post office for a $17.99 p.o.s they sold me twice. Customer service informed me that aren't responsible for defective products from other companies???? Then who is ??? I didn't purchase these 2 p.o.s from Eleaf .That's your problem not the customers. I never been ripped off twice by any company in my life. 1st time thier bad 2nd time mine.They don't stand but thier products and don't make it right. BBB next .I seen they are on there."

Zero stars...Shop ANYWHERE else

"I have been a loyal customer for some time and spend a great deal of money here purchasing items for myself, my husband and my mother. I recently ordered more coils (which I have done many times). I received a packing slip listing the correct coils but the coils enclosed were wrong. I contacted them and was told I needed to request a return, fill out the RMA form on my own, provide my own packaging and return the incorrect items before they would send the correct ones. They never even apologized for their mistake, only for the "inconvenience", and ignored the part of my email that said I would be taking my business elsewhere. So basically I waited over a week and eventually ran out of coils, and had to order them from somewhere else (though they were $2 less per box, so that was a win). Given the fact that their prices are significantly higher than most places, you would think they would make up for it in customer service. Unfortunately it is severely lacking. There is no telephone number to call, you can only email them, and their email responses are clearly scripted. So disappointed. I didn't want a discount or anything free, I just wanted the coils I ordered. Instead I was treated like it was my mistake and they were very concerned that I would keep the incorrect coils they sent, which I have no use for!"

WORST EXPERIENCE EVERRRRRRR

"I purchased a faulty device and they asked me to please send them a video showing them why it did not work. Once I did that they gave me the run around and went back and forth trying to avoid a return or exchange by any means necessary. Finally they had the audacity to tell me that they cannot return used items when first of all it cannot be used if it cannot work and they are the ones who asked me to open it to send a video why it was not working. Bottom line they refused my refund I kept my money. There are so many other places to get vape pens from please don't let this happen to you."

Worst customer support I've ever experienced.

"Worst customer service/support I've ever had...
Worst experience I've ever had with an online vape store. I've used multiple stores and they always have me upload my ID, which makes sense and I've done it over half a dozen times. Good, verification is proper.

The problem is that they didn't originally accept my ID and wanted me to resubmit it. That is also acceptable. Unfortunately, they did not notify me regarding the issue and then cancelled my order (I had not noticed this yet). When the order appeared missing, I contacted them and was told they cancelled it after 'reaching out multiple times'. They didn't email me, call me, or contact me in any way - yet claimed they did. Fortunately, I was refunded prior to this ridiculous goose chase and took my business elsewhere (and at a better sale price).

I do not recommend them.

0/10 - will deter others from buying their products.

Save your money

"I placed a small order my credit card was billled instantly it took 14 days to receive my order and 10 emails arguing it was lost the mai,l when all they had to do is check the tracking number. When it did arrive it was poorly packaged one was damaged. I don't want to waste my time arguing with these people. Order at your own risk, if you check you'll see they have horrible customer service and reviews."

Worst Support and Warranty on the Market

"These people offer only 30 days for warranty support, while most others offer 90 days. I had an expensive device fail that had been giving problems since I received it, and they would make no concessions or offer any help. Had I purchased from Mist Hub (90 days warranty) or literally anyone else, I would be receiving a replacement for free. You should rethink purchasing from these people. They don't care about you or your experience. It's all about money."

Bad Oxidized E-juice

"Got 3 bad bottles of oxidized e-juice. They refused a return or refund due to "safety issues", and so far gave me 5$ credit for one of the bottles that was 15$ to buy and is completely unusable, and no response for the other 2 bottles. If you cannot guarantee the quality of your product, and aren't willing to back your product with a refund if it is defective, you should not be able to do business."

Element vape charged me 4x on my card

"Elementvape.com absolutely ****. They rejected my order (i’m 38) 3 times before I realized my billing info was different from my shipping info. Each attempt resulted in a separate charge to my card and now I have incurred overdraft charges. Their site for those 3 time rejected my order and charged me anyways. We’ll see what happens. Their site is absolutely crap and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It’s hard to decipher the dilution ratio ie: mg/ml. They slip in an additional product on each vape fluid that is actually from what I see is 0mg per ml for an additional $12.00 per 30 ml. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS. I am going to seek action regarding my account. Heed my warning. Happy vaping!! (Unless you use Element)"

Avoid these crooks

"They sent me two malfunctioning mods in a row and refused to provide a return shipping label, even though the agreed with the videos they made me send that they were faulty. Then why do I have to pay to ship back your junk that doesn't work? I wish I researched them before I purchased anything. Now I have to cancel my CC since they have the number and these guys are crooks."

Unethical business practices

"Element Vape stole my money hiding behind a 'no-return of open merchandise' policy implemented to enrich themselves. A policy which really has nothing to do with protecting customers. If they were concerned with customers they would simply wipe the product down with a sterilizing cloth. Something that has been opened and handled is not a threat to any customer and they know it. Every company world over including Amazon accepts returns, unless disallowed by statute (not relevant for this merchandise). They are thieves in my opinion, and they know it. They've lost my business forever and I’m going to expose their unethical rip-off practices everywhere I can on the internet. My breaking of the cellophane on a product doesn't make it unsaleable by any company's standards; except Element Vape's."
