"Electrified discounters sells lamps for projectors that are defective. The bulb I purchased lasted for less than 5 minutes - long enough for me to see on my projecter counter that the life of the bulb was 200 hours - far less than the 2000 to 3000 from Sharp. You pay over $300 dollars for a bulb which should last 2000 hours and you only get 10% of the expected lifespan. They will send you a replacement if it fails within 90 days but the replacement lamp they send you is only warranted from the original purchase date and not the date they send the replacement bulb. This allows them to send you defective bulbs that only last 200 hours or less. You will never get over 200 hours on their lamps because they are cheap junk from China. Bottom line these are junk! I never have never been ripped off online - until now - please do not make the same mistake I did! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a big difference between the bulb the manufacturers supply with a projector and the ones they sell. They have a lamp that looks similar to an OEM on the outside but inside there is a exposed filament wrapped around a glass tube. Since it is not in an inert atmosphere of nitrogen like a light bulb it oxidizes very quickly and fails. The light output of these lamps is very low and the color of the light is tainted with a yellow glow. This is not even close to the brightness or color of the OEM lamp. Look at their BBB report or the RipOff reports on them. Bottom line these clowns sell junk for big$$$ and get away with it saying its is out of warranty. They buy these fake lamps for less than $20 and sell them for $300. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!"

I sent them the lamp back and when they received it, they said that I had not sent them back the same lamp they sent me. We argued back and forth and they refused to replace the lamp.
