"just wanted to say this is the worst online company i have ever dealt with, they do not stand behind their products nor do they answer all emails and phone calls like they claim to do! will never do business with them again and have started telling everybody i know to do the same!
i really wish i could rate this company at lower than a 1 for satisfaction, they deffinately get a ZERO in my opinion!

"We oredered replacement POA-LMP73 bulbs for our Sanyo projector. They came quickly, then the trouble began.
After removing the original bulbs, we could not insert the new ones into the projector.
After repeatedly trying to insert the bulbs, and reinserting the originals to make sure we were doing it correctly, we started looking closely at the bulb base and electrical connections.
We were able to determine, based on rub marks on the base and connections that the new bulb base wasn't made to excactly duplicate the original.
We removed the electrical connectors from the original bulbs and put them on the new ones. PERFECT FIT into the projector!
I thought I should call customer service at Electrified Discounters to inform them of the issue so that they could correct the problem.
The response I received was "sir, you have voided the warranty of the bulbs". There was no "thank you, we'll try to fix it, no indication that there would be a recognition of that in our file, nothing but the original response.
I tried to tell the grumpy lady in Customer Service that the bulbs now worked and we were happy, she only kept repeating the original response addressing the warranty.
I later called the Sales Dept. and spoke to a manager and got a better response, but Electrified Discounters customer service stinks.
In no way did we alter the bulb or remove it from the housing, we only changed the elecrical connection so it would fit into the projector.

"On 11/22/2010 We paid $186.51 to buy a replacement projector bulb with the model number SANYO ***-***-**** POA-LMP114 from this company online. They claim that it is a genuine Sanyo bulb on their website. We got the first bulb and had it installed in our projector when our old one went out- which happened about a month and a half later. The bulb would not work.

On 2/05 we asked to get a new bulb sent since the original was faulty. It also didn't look like the bulb we were replacing. We double checked the numbers, but everything matched. We received our replacement bulb on 2/10, but it did not work. We emailed the company to get a refund, but they informed us that the warranty date (3 mo warranty) was from the original purchase date for the non-working bulb.

We took our projector and the bulb to a repair vendor and were informed that the bulb was not a proper part for this projector. Just installing it and trying to run the device could have permanently damaged our $3,500 machine that we rely on for our business. Each time we want to replace the bulb we actually have to hire a company to come and unmount it from our office ceiling. It is a very expensive process and very time consuming. This company shows no remorse or concern for selling products that do not work.

This company intentionally and deliberately is selling products that do not work and using warranties to get out of returning clients money. Two projector bulbs that do not work AT ALL is not a coincidence. They have poor customer service and the company is scamming people online and sending them faulty, fake parts. Whether they sent us 1 replacement bulb or 6 - which seems to be what they are implying we should have done... continuing to get faulty replacement bulbs until our warranty ran out... their products DO NOT WORK.

I emphasize that the packaging is safe and the label claims it is the right part, but it is not. This is not a shipping or damage-in-transit issue... they are selling parts that won't work with the machines under the pretenses that they are functioning parts. They should have their business license revoked and people online should be warned against shopping with them.

"I purchased lamp for Mitsubishi 52628 in January 2011. I saw them on the internet and the prices were wonderful. Well the lamp lasted about 2 weeks. So I got a replacement bulb and the same thing. So I took that bulb over to a friend house and the same thing. I am not a rocket scientist but these bulbs just not up to standard. Well just 5 minutes ago I was given another ra number to return the bulb for another replacement since it is past the 30 days I can't get my money back either. I guess I will keep sending the bulb back every two weeks. Is it a lemon law for these bulbs? I think the company should give good quality bulbs and not second hand bulbs and selling as they are brand new."

"What an absolute joke for service and quality!! The first bulb I received ( supposed to be a Sharp AN-K12LP/1) was incorrect - not even close. Two calls to customer service to get a response and a replacement was mailed, which lasted only 60 hours before starting to flicker in a completely un-watchable way. I have called customer service and left three messages with no return call. Now, because they won't call me back, the bulb is out of its 3 month warranty. These people are scammers and should not be trusted. This is up there near the top of the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. What a complete joke!!!!!! This is the first report I have ever filed with the BBB. "

"I own a sportsbar and the Sharp bulb I ordered from Electrified Discounters went out completely after five days (approx 70 hours). The bulbs I have been buying have needed to be replaced after 2000 hours. I had to pay $13 to ship it tom me and $15 to ship it back to them, but it sounds like they are going to refund me the purchase price. I guess you get what you pay for. However, I can't afford to run the risk of that happening during a big game. "

"When my order did not arrive I called to check on it. I was told after being on hold for over 10 minutes that it had not shipped due to the address being different from my credit card. I had addressed this issue in the note section of the order form. The problem is no one called or emailed to let me know of the issue. They could not even find the order at first. The customer service agent was extremely rude and said it was not her fault nor could she fix it. She said the man who processes the orders was the one responsible for not contacting me. I asked if I could speak with him for a resolution, and she told me that venting to him would not help the matter. I just wanted to clear up the address and get my bulb. This was the least of her concerns, and I will take my business elsewhere. It is amazing what one person can do to destroy the reputation of what appears to be a good company."

"i purchased an item sony xl2000 lamp from electrified discounters on ebay. it was describeed as a brand new,unused,unopened,undamaged item brand sony. i tried it and worked perfectly so i thought. grandkids were off on a snow day had the tv on for about 3 to 4 hrs. when a burning plastic smell emitted from tv and picture went out. i evacuated children from room. emailed electrified stated their lamp blew in tv they immediately offered a refund if i returned the lamp. i explained lamp burned and fused in the tv. customer service said to obtain an estimate and cause of lamp problem and they would evaluate and see what they can do. i submitted an estimate from a factory authorized sony dealer for $751.00 for removal of a lamp that blew in tv this lamp was not a sony as described but an e series which they substituted. these lamps as explained by sony are not built and are not same voltage and can blowup in tv. tried several times to reach electrified and no return calls. i will ride to hamden conn. for a small business claim. i will also contact the bbb. If you would like futher complaints look at "google" forum for thsi company."
