"Shipping was fast, packaging was good, all items ordered were received in new condition and work as expected. Cool product I was not previously aware of, the price seemed good, though I can't say I have any idea what the actual retail value is for those items.

Cool store provides solution specific merchandise for electrical, electro-magnetic and radio frequency induced health problems or sensitivities or others concerned about exposure.

"Had to pay $30+ to get customer service. Then sent an invoice for another $30+ for extra time on the phone. Was going to buy over $1,000 worth product them but decided to go elsewhere because they nickle and dimed us by forcing us to pay to answer questions about products they sell. Strange business practice. "

“The customer initially contacted us and asked for our phone consulting service, which is an optional paid support that allows us to take an in-depth look at the customer's situation. We do NOT require someone to pay for consulting in order to "get customer service" such as sales support, product questions/support, and other needs associated with the products we sell. We always offer this service for free, and we communicated this to this customer multiple times.

Initial contact from the customer was received via a Product Question on our phone consulting product. The customer explicitly stated they would like to hire us and pay us to provide phone consulting, so that we could answer some of the questions they had about their neighborhood, power grid, and dirty electricity.

Shaun setup the phone consulting - a 20 minute session - and the customer paid via PayPal prior to the session as is customary. Shaun scheduled the session outside of business hours - 8 PM central time - to accommodate the customer's local time zone. Wireless devices, smart meter shielding, solar system filtering, and a number of other things were discussed and recommendations given on the phone, as well as a complete summary of the phone session and audio recording of the session for the customer's convenience were sent via email.

The phone session went an extra 20 minutes, so the customer was asked to pay for the additional 20 minutes of consulting. The customer agreed and paid via PayPal.

We feel it would be more appropriate and helpful to other customers for this customer to leave a review for the phone consulting service as the other customers did, rather than leave a negative review for our business

Shaun contacted the customer by email and by phone to see if anything could be done to improve the customer's experience with our company. We were disappointed to see that a customer was not happy - as most of our customers are very happy. We pride ourselves in being upfront and communicating effectively, and doing everything possible to exceed our customers' expectations and serve them the way we like to be served ourselves.”

"The order ran a bit late 12 days to arrive. I was also disappointed my meter wasn't packaged better considering it was an expensive, delicate instrument. It was wrapped in a thin layer of b ubble in a cardboard mailer. I surely hope it will work properly."
