“We immediately looked into this order when we saw the review. USPS tracking showed the package delivered the same day the review was left (7/6/2015). We contacted the customer on 7/8/2015 - when we saw the review - to make sure the customer received the package OK. We received confirmation today (7/9/2015) from the customer that indeed they did receive the package on 7/6/2015. It appears there was an unusual delay by the US Postal Service, combined with the 4th of July holiday resulting in a delivery time greater than expected. Normally USPS delivers our priority mail packages within 1-3 days, but once in a while there are mistakes/delays on their part, which are out of our control.

"Product arrived quickly and did exactly what they claimed. I was amazed at how much dirty electricity I had in my home. The biggest offender was my florescent fan bulbs. When I turned on the light, the meter reading was almost 1000. After pluging in 2 filters, it was under 25! I used 22 filters in my entire home and can honestly say I physically notice a difference already."
