"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."

She was extremely helpful fulfilling ny order and adjusting the prices to what I had had. She provided excellent service to me and honestly if it wasn't for her politeness and caring concerns to fulfill my order, I'd not put the purchase through. It's been a couple if not a few years since doing business with Eden Fantasys, but I do see future orders as long as my order comes to me nee undamaged and in perfectly working conditions.
