Amazing Customer Service

"I experienced a delay (most likely caused by the shipping company) and when i reached out to have the problem resolved representatives from eden were extremely prompt when providing me assistance. They resent the products i ordered at no cost to me. I will most certainly be a repeat customer!"

Anna is great!

"I recently received an order I placed (1 of many I will add), and I thought 1 of the toys was either malfunctioning or broken. This was new to me because I've never had a problem with any product I've bought. So, I went to the chat on the website and Anna was my guide to success! She was very patient with me, explained the toy, what it was supposed to do, how it was supposed to work and even some tips to make it work better. Y'all definitely need to keep her around, especially for people like me who tend to misplace my brain every once in a while. She is kind and, again, very patient. Thank you Anna, you made my day and all the days I can look forward to with my new toy! "

"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."

"I had a minor issue when placing my order online. The prices had increased on a few of my items. I called customer service and spoke with a lady named Anna. She was extremely helpful fulfilling ny order and adjusting the prices to what I had had. She provided excellent service to me and honestly if it wasn't for her politeness and caring concerns to fulfill my order, I'd not put the purchase through. It's been a couple if not a few years since doing business with Eden Fantasys, but I do see future orders as long as my order comes to me nee undamaged and in perfectly working conditions. Until then, give em a try. They have some amazing offers going in all the time, and for sure an amazing woman on the other end of a phone call Anna! Hope this review reaches those of skepticism.
