"If you order from Eastex and they actually have the item you want in stock, everything will probably be fine for you. In my case, it was NOT. I ordered two items. A magazine and a set of grips. Obviously I had done alot of internet browsing to find a place that had both items I wanted in stock so I could save on shipping. I ordered the items, received and email confirming my order right away and that was it...nothing else. I went on their website 4 days later since I did NOT receive any other email from Eastex. Looked at my order history, and to my demise, it said that the mag was shipped and that the grips "were out of stock" even though it showed them as in stock when I placed my order. So, I paid $10 in shipping for a mag that weighs a few ounces and no grips. I have to order the grips elsewhere and pay for shipping again. The thing that really ticks me off is I received NO notification what-so-ever that the grips were not in stock. I had to research and find out for myself. And, if you want to call them: forget it. There is NO PHONE NUMBER to be found for this retailer. Email only. And, good luck with that, I sent them an email and received no answer back...I guess that's how they do business; by ignoring customer complaints. I would stay clear of Eastex if I were you as it seems their customer service is severly lacking and you have no recourse but to send an email that probably will be IGNORED."
