"Customer service was terrible. I had purchased my very first order from this website and even read that shipping was quick when items are in stock so I went ahead. My card was already charged and looked at the status online that it was processing. Few days later, I did not even receive any information on my tracking or no updates on this "my account" and still stated processing. I went ahead and contacted thru email to ask about my order and they responded saying that my order will be sending out few days after that with tracking number emailed later. After the whole weekend passing by, I never received an email again. So I decided to contact AGAIN to see my status. Found out that they did not even have all of my orders. Even until now, I only received partial of my orders and still missing few more. I don't even understand what is going on anymore. It doesn't frustrate me about how they are having a hard time getting my orders. It's more about how I had to contact them to find out everything. Even when I approached, they kept telling me it will be send out by this week but nothing occurred. I feel like I've been lied and cheated. I never experienced such a bad online purchase in my life. Never will purchase from this website again. "
"I ordered my clothes and it took so long to get here. Just processing my order took them a long time. On their website, it said it would take 2-3 days to ship, but it took them over a week to gather 5 items. When I finally did get an email from them, it was to tell me that they didn't have one of the things that I wanted in stock, so I had to MANUALLY log into my account and remove it. They gave me the option to get refunded and use it for a future order, or have the money sent back to my card, so I made them send it to my card, which they did. Two days later, I received another email and they told me that they shipped my clothes out. I received a tracking number. I tried to get it to work for two days, and nothing came up on DHL, then the NEXT day, they sent me the same email and now my tracking number worked. When I finally got my clothes after waiting another week, nothing looked good on me. I'd want to return it, but I can't imagine how long that process would take. Not worth my time and I wasted $66. I will never shop from them again or recommend them to anyone."

"I was bummed it was going to take so long to ship my product because of some Asian holiday, the sweeping moon or something, but it did certainly reinforce their authenticity of providing eastern clothing and customer service was awesome. They gave me a full refund once they figured out they could not get it to me in time."
"Shipment took forever. Definitely not a 3-5 day delivery. Emailed 3 times before shipment was even shipped asking why. Couldn't even make out most of the email because of poor English and grammar. Items were not as shown. Way smaller than a small in which I ordered. Terrible."

"Order placed March 31st. Order still has not shipped. Order now has out of stock items that were not out of stock when the order was placed. Still haven't received shipping confirmation.
Update - took a month to receive my order and had to hassle customer service repeatedly to get it even that quickly. When I finally threatened to cancel the order if I didn't receive a tracking number, I was sent a fake tracking number to stave me off a little longer while they got around to sending the order.
Half of the items in my order are extremely low quality and not at all like the photos. One of the items I was sent is not even something I ordered. The remaining items are sub-par at best. I will not be ordering from here again and would recommend that others avoid it as well, no part of the transaction is worth the hassle. "
"I had purchased about $70 worth of items with express shipping which was 3-5 days. I did not get my items or even a shipping number within that time. I emailed them and the first time they did not respond. They finally responded to my second email days later and my items were still not shipped. Then the company tells me that they no longer have the belt I purchased. So, I suggested an item of the same price to replace it with. Apparently they didn't have that scarf either. That continued with about 5 items, of which were on their website but apparently did not have in stock, until they gave up and just said that they would send me a complimentary scarf and put my money on my account on the website and if I wanted it back I would have to withdrawal it. Around 10 days too late they finally ship me my items. When they finally arrived, two of the dresses I bought were the wrong color. I ordered a pink dress and got a white one. I wanted a navy blue but got black. I just kept the clothes and didn't bother returning them because it was too much of a hassle dealing with these people. I did get my free scarf though. I'm never shopping here again and strongly suggest you do not either."
