"I needed five pennywhistles for trip gifts. I called to be sure they could get them to me before I was leaving. I was very specific with the customer service person I spoke with, as I knew it was last minute and I wanted to be sure I could get them in time. I was assured there was time, so I ordered them. They had not arrived the day before I was leaving, which meant disappointment and it also complicated things as I now needed to set up with a friend to check for the package. I called ECM to see when it had shipped and should arrive. I was told it had just been shipped the day! When I questioned the person about what had happened, I was rudely told they had said they might not get to me in time (not what they had said at all!) and that this was my fault for ordering them so close to when I needed them. As I said, before I ordered them I was told there would be time to get them to me, and then they shipped the day before I left. Not good service and rudeness on the phone."
