"I Received my order in a reasonable period. One of the items in the box was not the same to the one I initially ordered. EachBuyer quickly solved the problem by sending the correct item while I could keep the wrong sent : free of charge.
I told them I would return the wrong item (its a camera) but EachBuyer again quickly replied to me that it was not my fault, so I could keep it.
THAT'S what I call top serice ! WOW, Big thumbs up EachBuyer - you have a new customer.

"I ordered a pet hair trimmer on eachbuyer.com for 12.99. It took almost a month to arrive. I tried to use it on my pet and it does not work, does not even cut the hair. So I contacted the company and told them I would like a refund. They first told me that I need to "push against the hair" (of course I did that, as that is how you use a trimmer). I told them this and their response was "this can only push the hair less than 1cm". What does that even mean? If the hair was less than 1cm there would be no need for a trimmer!!!!! Don't buy from this site, they do not stand behind the product and give you the run around when their cheap product doesn't work and you want your money back. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Although Eachbuyer has admitted this product is junk and does not work, they keep sending me emails offering me other junk from their store and a 3% discount! They will not refund my money even though they ADMITTED it! I looked at the previous "5star" reviews, which were mysteriously written within 3 days of each other and sound weird. My advice, read the reviews that sound like real customers! If the price sounds too good to be true it's because IT IS!!! Keep your money away from these crooks."
