"I ordered and received a Minix X5 smart TV box, as it's advertised as supporting AirPlay. I have an Apple TV which works beautifully. Connected this and, after spending ages to get it set up, played an hd movie. I noticed some pixelation, which I was concerned about. Then the AirPlay connection dropped out. None of my Apple devices would detect the Minix. I had to reboot the box, after which it became visible. However, the same thing happened again. I emailed Eachbuyer to ask how to return this, telling them that the above had happened, and that, for my purpose, this item is not fit for purpose. They replied promptly, asking me what devices I was connecting with. I replied, stressing that all I want is to return the item. I received another delaying tactic email from them. I responded by asking them to give me the information to enable a return. I also said that, if this was not forthcoming, I would give a poor review. I have never written scathing reviews, even after having to return things. If their customer service is good and sorts it out, then I'll give a good review. After several days, I received yet another irrelevant reply, so I responded by informing them that all I wanted was to return this item and failure to supply the requested info would result in a bad review, and I would also consider legal action. A month later, and no response from Eachbuyer. So, as promised, here is my experience of this company. Had they responded as initially requested, they would have got a positive review. As for the Minix, if you want to use AirPlay, get Apple TV. Overall, the Minix interface is somewhat clunky to use, with poorly defined icons. It's useful to be able to connect usb and sd to the TV, which you can't do with the Apple TV. It does these functions well, but I wanted to connect my iOS devices via AirPlay, and this function just doesn't work consistently.

"I am updating the below complaint. Days after I had below response to my first complaint to this reseller ratings page from customer service, reassuring me, I have still not had the promised email --- nor the address that I seek and guarantees of refunds.
I no longer even trust that Eachbuyer would return the money even if they ever did give me an address.
I am reporting them to relevant online agencies and
STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from buying from them.

I have NEVER ever EVER had such a disreputable, inefficient , unprofessional unreal frustrating experience as I am STILL having with eachbuyer.com 11he days after contacting them.
First I had to pay an unexpected £16 customs charge before DHL would even deliver it.
Then, discovering the item was not right for me, I embarked on trying to get a return address.
Do NOT BELIEVE the easy returns policy they brag about on their website. Firstly I had no reply to emails and twitter and FB messages I sent them for DAYS. Now, 10 days after delivery , I have STILL not gotten the ADDRESS to return
it that I requested in mails from the first day I contacted them nor have I gotten any comment on the customs charge never mind any assurance that I will be refunded. DO NOT SHOP with this retailer is my advice. An absolute nightmare. "
