Awful

"I placed my order on January 30th and still have not received my order. They have charged my card, but haven't gotten anything. I have tried to contact them by e mail, but they don't respond. They don't have a good phone number either. I can only assume that they have ripped me off. Don't do business with this company. "

Product does not work won't allow a return

"Bought a $200.00 hose for my Nutone central vac, there is not suction in the hose, clearly it is defective but because it has been used, I am told I cannot return, it has to be in new condition, because it has been used it is now dirty. I guess I was suppose to just assume it was a bad hose before using it and return it at that time. I am now out $200.00 and this company is horrible, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Many other local and on line companies to use that would take the hose back no problem. I am almost in tears It took me a while to break down and get a new hose at the cost of $200.00, and now I have nothing to show for it. "

I bought a switch from my vacuum cleaner that said it would work because 1699 I got it and it did not fit I sent it back and they charged me

"I bought a switch for $16.99 even close I sent it back to get a refund and then they charge me a adjustment fee of $3 so the 1699 that I spent they credit me 1410 and I paid for the shipping to have it sent back what a rip off I want to call the Better Business Bureau do not buy nothing from these people it said the switch would work and it did not and now they're going to charge me a fee I called on the 5th I called the number 132 times one right after another an never answer the phone they never told me they were going to charge me to adjust fee when I called and told me I was wrong one"

Bait and switch

"Ordered SEBO OEM part and got cheap junk after more time than most places take. When I let them know they wanted a picture of what they sent. Typical delay tactic to wear you out. Now I’m trying to get prepaid return postage for my “free shipping” part. This will probably take a while, not sure of success."

RIP OFF - DO NOT ORDER FROM EZ VACUUM!!

"Ordered a wet/dry vac filter on Oct 1st from their website. My credit card was charged that day. As of Oct. 21st, still haven't received my order. Several phone calls have gone directly to voice mail that says to use their support email. No response to several emails sent. Looks like I got rip-offed for $30.00. Wish ZERO stars was a possible rating!!

UPDATE 10/24/18. In fairness, I did finally receive a refund for my order. Still a big waste of time & terrible customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EZ VACUUM!

"I purchased 2 hose extensions for my vacuums.
First of all, they came in a box without any protection.
So, just these 2 cheap plastic hoses (no wrapping, no inside box to protect).
They did not fit my vacuum, so I returned them.
EZ Vacuum charged me a return shipping fee even though there was supposed to be free shipping.
Terrible company .... better off sticking with Amazon who doesn't charge their customers to pay for return shipping!

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I'm shopping elsewhere.

"I have had good experiences with EZVacuum, but not this time. I used their web page to order a part: brush roller fits 5800 series Eurika vacuum cleaners. I have a 5800 series Eurika so I ordered the part. EZVAcuum sent the wrong part.

I emailed EZVAcuum and they said the part I needed was no longer made so I returned the part they sent. I expected to get a refund for the part and shipping plus refund for re turn shipping. I got a refund for the part ($17) less a restocking fee ($4). I emailed complaining about the restocking fee and no reimbursement for shipping. In the end they gave me a store credit for the restocking fee and ignored the shipping reimbursement.

I can do without the aggravation I will be shopping elsewhere.

False advertising through broken promises

"I was offered a one dollar off coupon if I signed up for email from ez vacuum. I signed up, they didn't honor the coupon. I contacted, they refused to honor coupon as advertised. They said I already got a discount because the item I bought was on sale. WHAT?? Are you kidding me. They were snide when conversing to me through emails regarding this. They were willing to lose my business and risk a bad review over ONE DOLLAR. Is that a company you want to do business with?"

"I ordered a G5 with a strap and they gave me a G6 with a crappy zip tie. They refused to refund my money. They said the G5 and G6 were the same but the G6 doesn't fit."

Carries discontinued parts

"I tried many web sites to find a discontinued part for my older model Sharp vacuum cleaner. They were the only business that had the part I needed. The web site was easy to navigate, very informative, and even had photos to verify the part looked the same. Product arrived promptly and in good condition. recommend this site for any parts you may need (I needed a filter) as the prices were quite reasonable as well and their selection is extensive."

missing order

"I order a $25 part for my vacuum on may 23. the tracking number states that we received it on May 25th. No one knows were it is including our mailman. I have spent few hours at the post office. Not worth it. The only response I've got from EZVacuum.com was "Hi
I called and was told the same thing. So it be best if you continue to reach them and find out where the mail carrier left the package"
over 15 days now and no one cares. Bad customer service.

Caution!

"Ordered a part for Kenmore vacuum. They sent the wrong part, didn't acknowledge it when I contacted them. Ended up paying to ship part back. Money was refunded minus the shipping charge that was supposedly free when purchased. Plus they didn't respond to my complaint after returning the part. Will never buy from this company again."
