Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered vacuum belts for $6.99. After placing the order, I realized that I did not need the belts. When they arrived, I never opened the package and called to initiate a return. No one answered or called me back. So I emailed. They replied with instructions regarding how to install the belts. I told them again that I did not need these, had never opened the package, and wanted to return them. Finally, they replied that I needed to return the package and they would issue a refund. I paid $4.20 to return the belts simply because I didn't want to have to throw them away. They issued a refund for $4.10, not the original price of $6.99. When I complained, they said they would give me a store credit for $2.89. I replied that I wanted a full refund, not a store credit. At that point, I never heard from them again. So frustrating and aggravating over $6.99 vacuum belts. They have my return and I lost $2.89 plus the return shipping charge of $4.20. Just order from Amazon."

Service Couldn't Be Better

"There was a small mix-up on filling my order. I emailed EZ Vacuum about the problem and they immediately sent the item that was missing from the original shipment BUT ALSO INCLUDED ONE OF ANOTHER PART IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER so I'd have a backup.
I'd have been happy just to get the missing part I ordered that hadn't come with the original shipment. I was astounded that the folks at EZ Vacuum would extend me an 'extra' item as their way of saying they were sorry about the mix-up on the first shipment. These folks are top-notch. ALL my future vacuum part needs will definitely be filled by EZ Vacuum. You'd do well to use them too!! I don't think you'll regret it.

Don't use this seller...

"I ordered parts from them. At first Shane said they were on back order because of the pandemic. Fine. I waited two weeks and had to contact him. The parts he sent were smaller than the parts I needed and didn't fit and then says the manufacturer says they will fit. They don't. He has yet to respond to my email - the only way he will respond, when he is dam good and ready. Basically I lost money buying parts from him that don't fit and he refuses to refund my money. Terrible customer service. Never using them again. I'm posting as many places as I can find because this irritates me so much.

Horrible Customer Service

"It took them over a week to admit they did not have the part and couldn't source it. They claim they were busy. They were too busy to even answer the phone or reply to an email. However, they were NOT too busy to bill my credit card through PayPal. It was only after I logged a case with PayPal that Abagail managed to respond. I do not recommend ever dealing with this company!"

"I ordered a part, then figured out it was the wrong one. I sent a reply email to the confirmation email I was sent and they responded - on a Saturday afternoon! I am very pleased my transaction was refunded at

Bait and switch.

"I looked for the Kirby Sentria HEPA bags on their website. Price was expensive, almost retail pricing. I figured it was the genuine HEPA bags. The picture clearly shows the old HEPA bag, which is what I wanted. When I placed my order, the confirmation showed the green, HEPA bags. That is not what I received. The bags I received were ones I could have ordered for 1/3 the price on Amazon. I asked them for information on how to send them back at their expense, and they said Kirby changed the bags, to non HEPA bags. If they knew that, they should have changed the picture, and I would have ordered elsewhere. Nowhere did it mention how I could send them back. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, as I did not get the merchandise I ordered."

bait and switch

"I normally check reviews before I order from companies but I really didn't think a company could scam on vacuum bags. I went to their site and click on Hepa bags for my vacuum they sent bags that were non hepa and when I contacted them about the order they said the sku matched my order. So the pictures on the site and on my invoice are hepa bags, but different sku when ordered. So basically they show one thing and send something else. I'm glad the vacuum bags at least fit my vacuum and I will use these in the meantime until my correct order comes in from another company. Buyer beware. "

Airway Sanitizor bags

"They listed these as 9.7 percent or whatever micron filtration on a slightly different website that DID NOT identify itself with EZ Vacuum, so I ordered, not knowing who I was actually dealing with; I already knew that EZ Vacuum did NOT have high quality Airway bags. These bags are of the CHEAPEST QUALITY, STANDARD FILTER PAPER....like what Hoover and Eureka used to make for their products. These bags will RUIN your AirWay's powerful motor, guaranteed. Total garbage! So, I go to return these bags, and because I don't have a printer, I couldn't print the return label they emailed me. Ok, so...I'll eat the return shipping costs; I get to the post office, and....$25.00 to return!! Hell, I already paid $35.00 for them! EZ Vacuum will NOT contact me with any alternative to return these terrible bags, so I am stuck with them; I tossed the entire package in the trash. I am a disabled veteran, and I get $780.00 a month in benefits, that's IT. It just makes more sense at this point to just toss them...UNBELIEVABLE!! I URGE EVERYONE TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS, CHEATS, AND FRAUDSTERS. I am out money that could have gone to something else SO far more important. If you're an AirWay owner reading this review, I have great news; a company in Cleveland, Ohio, known as Vitamix, used to sell an AirWay-made machine, and they have made ultra-high filtration bags available, as well as all of the original AirWay after-bag filters, like the charcoal and hepa filters. Contact THEM, not EZ Vacuum!!"

HORRIBLE! SCAM!

"I should have looked up the seller's reputation before ordering-- the overwhelming agreement of this seller being no good paired with BBB "F" rating would have clearly kept me away from ordering.

ordered a Dyson roller brush, doesn't fit by about 5 mm - I contacted EZ vacuum and they first didn't;t respond to my (3 repeat) emails and then tried to weasel themselves out. Won;t go into detail, but the short end of the story: clearly counterfeit parts sold by rude and uncooperative (of course!!!) seller.

Avoid!

"Bought what was represented at their website as a 24.00 OEM roller bar for our Bissell upright vacuum. Instead they substituted a cheap, Chinese made knock off that sells at Ebay for $10-12 less than what I paid them. You have to pay return postage plus a restocking fee, so I just ate it.

Dyson hose

"I ordered a new hose for my dyson dc07 (purple). The description stated it was purple. I got my part within a week but when I opened, the hose was gray. I was very disappointed but didn’t feel like going through the hassle of trying to return it so decided to install it. It seems the tab that locks it in place was slightly off in size which made it pretty tricky to install. I did finally get it but definitely the part is not the standard of an actual OEM part (but it was cheaper and does appear to work). Overall as far as price and shipping it was great but accuracy and quality, not so much."
