"I ordered 8 panoramic pictures from our vacation. 3 of them were printed correctly. The rest were all small squares that didnt include the full picture. I tried contacting them several times and they have yet to respond to my messages."

"EZ Prints was my go to printer for my fine art reproduction needs, but my last two orders left me high and dry right before a show. They changed their online uploader interface so it zooms in on all your images and trims off the edge. It doesn't allow you to change this and my prints came back the wrong size on the page. I tried to correct this by adding an extra edge to all my print images and then the print dimensions looked correct but the package arrived so damaged and bent that I couldn't use any of the prints. I followed up right away in hopes I could get help with this and I'm still waiting for a response a week later. "
"The ease of the website was great to upload and visualize what your pictures will look like and the quality of prints when we received them are great! We love them! Only thing that would have been a great add would be if they had an easy way to see the difference in finishes when trying to order. I could not find any descriptions of the differences on the ordering page."

"Ez prints did not make clear that “metal print” was metallic finish on PAPER. NOT A PRINT ON METAL. Which is what I thought I was ordering.
They rolled the prints very tight and caused slight creases in some of them, so also impossible to use for resale in my business. "

"I ordered my passport picture from your company on 8/27. I finally called on 9/6 checking on it's where abouts. I was informed the shipping preference I chose for $1.95 was the problem. I informed your non caring agent, I could've popped a stamp on it and had it in 3-4 days not 10. She answered again the problem was my shipping choice. I told her I will not be recommending your services to anyone and thank you. I am still waiting for my passport picture..."
