"I had a major issue with the color quality on one of my larger orders. The online contact us form does NOT work so I called and waited. The rep seemed nice enough and that she wanted to help but after the call, email communication was sparse and then my emails were ignored and the issue was not fully resolved (apparently 35% of my $300+ order to be unusable was acceptable). On another order, there were print-marks on some of the 4x6 metallics but after the trouble on the first order, it wasn't enough to warrant trying to contact customer service again.

Also, on all prints bigger than 5x7, there are significant white lines that take away from the photos; I wound up just cutting them myself with a guillotine.

Sales make for great prices but when you can't rely on the overall quality or customer support... "
