I called and talked to a salesperson before ordering to confirm stock quantity. While he did look it up for me, he did not give me an accurate number- said "8 or 9". Luckily the website did tell an accurate inventory level by me purposely entering a high quantity and reducing till it finally no longer gave a quanity unavaliable error. was 10 (not "8 or 9"- lol) and when I got order today I received all 10. very happy"

"I placed my order online on Saturday evening. It was shipped out on Monday and I got it on Wednesday, which was a day ahead of when I expected it. (I guess UPS deserves some credit also.) "Just made my second purchase from EVS dealing with Rush and it was a great experience. I ordered the Kata Shell 03 camera bag and some mini-dv tapes and had them shipped to Japan. Even though I changed my order twice after having Rush set it up (probably pretty annoying) he was extremely helpful, prompt, reliable and NEVER pushy. He did not try to upsell me anything! I ordered from EVS about 2 months ago too; ordering an AT897 mic, a rain cover and a uv filter. Rush gave me excellent advice on the mic, actually suggesting I get a cheaper one if my budget didn't allow the audio technica.

I was quoted a great price, they shipped overnight, and I had my DVX100a with a FULL USA MANUFACTURE warranty (including the Magic Bullet Software) the next day! Don't be fooled by sites claiming US warranties. Go to the manufactures site and make sure they are authorized dealers!
