"I have no compliant about experience with erwincomp.com because after i stopped by the company's nj location. the person was able to live up his words to get me and my 2 other friends hp touchpad 32gb. i do understand he is middle man, but he got the job done. i will make sure i check his site first if anything in the future.

"They cancelled my order, will not buy from again. You are "sorry" about not being able to fulfill my order? IF you really were you would have removed the HP Touchpad from your front page, but there it sits still trying to get as much traffic to your site as possible. Worst communication ever and on top of that they cancelled my order....so they deserve this rating and all other zeros they get for screwing up so many orders."

"I understand what I ordered was a very hot item, it's ok if it's cancelled.
But where was your communication, erwincomp.com?
Shouldn't you have contacted me earlier regarding this issue?
I would not know that my order had been cancelled, had I not contacted you today (8/29 -- 6 days after I ordered)... sigh..

That is frustrating a customer. I have been waiting for your emails but they never arrive. The situation gave me a high hope that my order is still "alive". Knowing that my order has been cancelled without even contacting me for a week causes an inconvenience. I could have looked for the touchpad somewhere else.

This leaves me a very bad impression about your store. How can I convince myself and my friends and family to shop at your store again?

"Placed an order with this company. They accepted order and sent confirmation. I sent 2 follow up emails on 23 Aug 11 and one 27 Aug 11 before they finally answered. They put a hold on my credit card for the amount of purchase so I thought I would be good. They finally responded on 28 Aug 11 and cancelled my order. They have a phone number but it is on permanent busy."

"Poorest communication ever. This guy is a joke. How the heck can he stay in business for 12 years? If you like to gamble, then definitely take your chances with them. I've tried to call about my order for days and always get a busy signal. Go ahead, try...***-***-****. Betcha it's busy.

"Terrible. They charged $30 more for HP Touchpad than listed price. I bought because everywhere else was sold out. No communication from them after I e-mailed them several times and they never came through with the product, just took the charge off my card without saying anything. It seems everyone who got a Touchpad through them got screwed. My guess is they ordered a bunch from other sites for $100 and tried to make a quick buck from us but then the other sites were canceling orders from those who make high volume purchases in order to satisfy more people. Yes, they gave me my money back but I also didn't try to get a Touchpad elsewhere and they never communicated with me. I'll never look at them again."

"I also ordered an HP touchpad from these clowns. There website let me order, and charge my credit card! I received an email confirmation, then NOTHING! No email cancellation, no call etc. Likewise, they do not answer emails or their telephone. I would definitely not order from these yahoos again! Zero customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!! Would give them a zero star if I could!"

"This pathetic excuse for an online seller posted touchpad for sale AFTER all the other sellers began cancelling orders AND they added a $35 surcharge. OF COURSE they couldn't fill the orders for their imaginary upcharged touchpad. Why didn't this disreputable business just sell over ebay like all the others who were trying to turn a bit of a profit? Oh yeah - Ebay doesn't allow people to sell stuff they don't actually have. I guess I just wanted to give them a chance (with google checkout protection). But all they did was make sure I never buy from them. No communication or anything about my cancellation until I contacted them. Jerks."
