"They make it such a hassle. First they take forever and they only give you like $10 on books. Once they finally they get back to you they say that the book does not match and in order to get your books back you need to pay $10. So we end up loosing and if we want our books back then we have to pay the same $10 they were gonna give for it. So yes they end up gaining and we are left without nothing not even the $10. Sell your books somewhere else"
