When we tried to insert the bulbs, the whole unit inside the housing was very loose. Upon inspection, the aiming adjustment ball had been popped out of the holder. When I was able to get enough leverage, it popped back in and all seemed well. The marks on the lens were not serious enough to warrant a return."
