ECS is one my top three online shops for BMW parts. I always check their site first because of free shipping (over $49 for now). Prices aren't always the lowest, but still good, and they have some helpful installation videos on YouTube. I recently had a problem with a wiper blade order which was described online as a "set." When they arrived I discovered the set was just two driver side blades (same length). I called Customer Service and although they weren't certain of the problem, they understood the expectation for a "set" of wiper blades. They gave me an RMA and paid for return shipping label. I'm satisfied, almost as easy as Amazon!"

"I ordered the timing kit with lightweight pulleys and Kevlar racing belt for 409.95 I think it was delivery was right on time parts looks great haven't put them on yet....only thing that I think is just weird is I noticed I got the kit with the plastic thermostat housing and they have the same kit for the same price with the aluminum thermostat housing on a different page. Why don't all the kits with leightweight pulleys and racing belt come with that aluminum housing only? The point of getting it was to get the bang for the buck and basically the most expensive kit lol. It is my fault for not looking deeper but darn I wish I could've caught that and gotten the aluminum for the same price...Still satisfied returning customer too just sharing my odd experience lol"

I have worked in CS before and I do realize there can be some difficulty in communication in chats instead of calls, but responses like "I don't see this" and then no more responses, is poor customer service.
