"Mediocre. I raised the issue of staff retention with the regional director recently and I got a lot of business speak/ meaningless responses. E.g. millennials only stay 1-2 years in a job. 1. what does that mean? 2. the staff don't even stay 1-2 years. 3. The millennials where I work are properly compensated and respected and they stay in their jobs.At another time in the past when I raised the issue of staff retention I was told if we wanted the staff to stay longer/ be better paid, we would have to pay more. This is ridiculous, given what we pay and the size of this corporation."
"Administration is fantastic and responsive. The teachers really care about the children, and my child is so happy with the staff and teachers. Great environment all around. I would love to see greater communication from some of the teachers, and perhaps more consistency in that area, but apart from that this is a great childcare and learning center. I highly recommend them."

"Tutor Time staff and teachers genuinely care about the welfare, education and well-being of our son. He learns so much and advances due to his time there. Not to mention, the tuition prices are very competitive. I do believe they are the ONLY daycare open until 6:30p which is very convenient given that very few parents can leave work before 6:00p!"

"go there for the teachers, you will find they are very loving and caring, however not sure for the exact reason(s), but many leave after only a couple of years. In the 3 years we've been associated with the school, they have had 3 directors with the director position currently vacant. Hopefully, corporate dictates the direction of the school...."

"My daughter is happy, secure, challenged, and so enthusiastic about school. The teachers and staff know her so well, and they teach her at her own personal learning level, not based on impersonal standards. We are blown away by the topics she talks about when she comes home. We could not be happier with our decision to send her to Tutor Time!"
