"My general experience has been okay. Had problems with teachers behavior and caught them on camera and addressed but nothing has solved. There’s no educational program that they follow for their age other than art projects."

"I have noticed on camera how children walk around with soppy cups that do not belong to them and teachers are not cleaning those up. After lunch time they immediately place cots down over the food in the floor. Many times, they lay my child down with a diaper that hasn’t been changed and they just left the child sleep that way. :/ Tackles is don’t get properly clean and I see the toys or items rarely get disinfected. Too many different faces my child sees in a week. When viewing through the cameras it seems like the children are always just roaming the room without really any structure and seems very overwhelming and over stimulating to see the children all over the place all day long. "Great staff who really remember and genuinely interact with my child daily. The teachers are wonderful and my child loves coming to school everyday which makes being a working parents dropping your child off for more than 8 hours a day a little bit easier. I also feel that his time in school has progressed his development faster than it would at home due to the exposure to teachers and classmates. Very pleased with my child's development so far."

"Overall, good experience. Would mainly like to see improvement upon communication. Please see below: Would appreciate more lead time on announcements/changes in the classrooms. There have been a few occasions where we are notified morning of. I.e when the when we were asked to have our child wear their summer camp shirt. Had we not noticed the message sent out the morning of, we would not have known.Merging of the pre-k classes, we were not notified of this change and only learned because we asked the teachers after we noticed. It would also be helpful if the school can utilize the calendar feature on the Brightwheel app. Would be great to know what is going on in the class on a weekly basis. Monthly news letter - when we click on the link from the app, it distorts the formatting and makes it illegible. Can this be sent via email?Thank you!"
