"My experience with the school started great with consistent teachers, more reasonable tuition rates, etc. But in the last 6 months as tuition has increased we’re getting worse and worse care for our children as teachers and admin staff have left in waves (often no one at the front desk anymore in the mornings and recently a classroom closed because no staff)” due to an illness). The communication of when staff departs or when our child transitions and what the plan is around the timeline is poorly communicated (driven by parents not the school administration)."

"We wanted to LOVE this school, it’s new and the facility is top notch. We stayed with the school for 2 years hoping for a change that never came to be. Management of this school is lacking and gives off an impression of dysfunction and chaos. Because of the newness of the school, we wrote off some of the mishaps as growing pains for a new team, but it never did get better. The teachers are overworked and stressed and it shows. We love the teachers, but could tell they were not getting the support they needed from management. Our child moved up through four classrooms in our time with Everbrook and had roughly 12 teachers across those classrooms, only one of those teachers is still with the school today. We experienced 3 price increases during our time at Everbrook, each increase was $30/week. We became close with the teachers and learned the price increase did not go to their compensation or to supplies for the children, 2 key areas we would hope the extra funds to be supporting. Our assumption then is that the extra $90/week they were getting from us was to support corporate overhead, very unfortunate. We have since moved onto a different daycare that has been leaps and bounds a better fit for our family. I hope that Everbrook takes feedback to heart and works to improve the morale for those amazing teachers that work so hard to love on and nurture our kiddos. "

"The school I believe is better than most.‘we have created some amazing relationships during our tenure here. It is very expensive and Covid protocols have become relaxed over time (which we aren’t thrilled about) and the teacher to child ratio isn’t always correct. IE: often times due to scheduling there are more kids than teachers can handle or properly pay attention to."

When they leave my kid 11 hours with the same diaper, or when we try toDrop off our kid at 7am and there are not teachers there or we need to look all the classrooms to find a teacher to leave our kid. "Our child’s teachers, when they are consistent, have been wonderful. They truly care about the kids and show them that they are loved. The facilities are great, and we appreciate the stroller parking, cleanliness, and modern feel of the facility. What is concerning is the management turnover, which has led to teacher turnover. It creates a very unstable and chaotic environment where parents are communicated about things last minute and the kids have stranger danger when they do not recognize the teachers in their classroom. It would be nice if the tuition included activities such as baby yoga and music class, which other daycares have."

"We have really enjoyed the school and the faculty. They are always kind and welcoming to us and our child. They clearly care about our child and his development. The teachers are sensitive to his needs and personal preferences. They push him to develop new skills and create connections with classmates and teachers. We're very happy and blown away by the progress he makes each day. Despite the difficult employment environment, we've seen a relatively stable staff in the school. Recently there has been some turnover and shuffling in his classroom, but overall, his teachers have remained very consistent. We do have some ongoing concerns about overall communication about classroom/teacher changes as well as significant turnover in the administration with little to no details."

"Mostly good, communication from previous Director wasn't the best, we'll see if that changes with new Director. The price increases are out of control though. It's obvious that inflation isn't the real reason behind these increases, but due to staffing. All I want as a parent is honest transparent communication, but it's also hard not to question the type of working environment being created by the Director in charge."

"Teachers are absolutely wonderful and loving. Management seems to overwork staff, moving teacher all around classroom now making it confusing who my childrens teacher are. Principal is slightly disrespectful for being in this field and seems to have no compassion. Price increases frequently and most of the time not notified. "

"Generally happy however the recent weekly price increase when we already pay $28,000 a year, with current economic factors, is ridiculously unfair to the parents and it’s a shame Everbrook is placing that burden on the families."
