"I have read a TON of bad reviews about DressLily, so I felt the need to include my experience to hopefully help someone else decide whether or not they should purchase from them.
I ordered two swimsuits from DressLily on April 25. I got an email saying that a shipping label was created and sent to Fedex. I was estimated 10-15 business days for ship time. I assumed also that because of COVID-19, this may take longer. After 3 weeks, I emailed DressLily customer support to tell them that my package hasn’t left California and I hadn’t received any updates on it since the first one. I got a generic response saying to give it a little more time, and signed “DressLily customer service.” Having worked in retail, I’m assuming that this is done so that no employee can be singled out if a package is late or something else goes wrong, so I totally get it. Anyway, another week or two goes by and I’m about to reach out again when I receive another email from customer service saying that my package will be switching to USPS and should arrive in 1-2 weeks. After tracking it online for another week or so and having an issue with my town’s **** post office, I was FINALLY able to pick it up on June 16th.
I don’t typically buy clothes online because I’m worried about the fit, so I was EXTREMELY nervous to try these on. For reference, I am just over 200lbs, 5’3-5’4 tall, a 38DD, and a size 14-16 in clothes/jeans. I bought a galaxy print tankini set in 1X and a one piece army green swimsuit with mesh cutouts. The bottoms on the two piece looked like they were going to be too big, but they fit like a glove. And my girls look GREAT in the top. I will say, I’m pretty sure I heard a seam rip a tiny bit when I pulled the one piece over my **** and thighs, but I didn’t see any damage and it fit comfortably once it was all the way on.
I washed them and they seem to have held up well, I just haven’t worn them in the water yet. The material doesn’t feel or look particularly cheap so I am overall happy for the price I paid.

"Due to Corona virus crisis I was unable to get the package on time and it was send back to the sender. However dress-lily support reviewed my case and provided a solution. I was informed on each step properly and knew what to do. Everything (shipping to new address, providing options etc.), including formalities(reshipping) were done by support. The only bad side was, that I had to wait for next two months to actually have the package resend to me. Although I imagine how hard it is to make it happen in current situations(many customers might have same issues worldwide). I do not believe there is anything which needs improving, the level of service is quite satisfactory.
