"I ordered a pair of women's size 8 Baby Phat brand running shoes and I got a pair of men's size 8 Sasha brand running shoes that were three sizes too big for me. When I told the customer service agent they were the wrong, he told me it was the right shoe and they just accidentally made the listing wrong on the website. The website shoe picture wasn't even what they sent me either. So he was pretty much trying to tell me that they sent me the right wrong shoes. I had to tell him twice what happened cuz he didn't take my side the first time and tried to make me send them back and pay for return shipping. Like, what?"
"Only use Paypal when you make a charge. If you have to ship the product back it will be free to ship back through Paypal. Paypal also sides with the buyer most of the time if you have to dispute the charges.
I spent $68.00 dollars I hope my order delivers problem free. I have never had a problem with the company in the past. They must of sold out I know some of the regular stores are closing down.

"I ordered a sweatshirt, sweats, and a t-shirt for my husband who wears Big and Tall clothing that is usually very expensive. My entire order came to about $67USD including shipping (the cheapest option). My order did have a problem with my address that I was not notified about but when I saw the money was credited back to my checking and my order was still under review I contacted them via chat. When I spoke to someone and resolved the address issue that was holding up the order I asked multiple times if they could make getting my package out by ASAP so that I would have it by Christmas. The lady said it could not be made a priority but the next day it was shipped and it's expected much earlier than Christmas. I will order from this site again and tell my husband about it after Christmas!"
"I’m a loyal customer to dr jays, I’ve been buying products here for atleast 7 years, I’m highly disappointed with dr jays. I’m from Trinidad so when I order the package goes to my skybox in Florida then arrives to me in Trinidad. I accidentally clicked the old skybox address without me realizing until time passed and I hadn’t collect my package. Tracking my package I saw that it was collect at Florida but at a wrong address, I immediately contacted fed ex they said I needed to contact dr jays to file a claim in order to retrieve my package That i spent approximately 100usd for. On contacting dr jays they immediately told me to contact fed ex , contacting fed ex they told me again to contact dr jays. Dr jays then told me nothing can be done and I’ve lost my package and money and they got the exact location where it was sent to. This has got to be the worst thing ever and I’m from Trinidad so I guess they couldn’t care less about me. They made absolutely no effort to retrieve it , me being a loyal customer for years no gift cards nothing, I’m highly upset about this and everyone ordering stuff be aware please.

"Worst customer service ever, completely BS artist. Lied to me repeatedly through the process. Then told me if I refused the deliver, my credit card on file would be charged for the fee to ship it back, so I accepted it, and still had to pay to return it! When I called them on the face that they told me not to refuse it or I would have to be charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LIE AND BS YOU. PLEASE, BE SMART, SHOP ELSEWHERE!!"

"I ordered a package 2 weeks ago, i never received a confirmation after i placed the order, only a package tracking email. i tracked my package until i saw that it made it to my local post office and was being returned to sender. They claim that the address was wrong even though i have packages shipped daily without a issue. i called customer service to find out they deducted shipping cost without notifying me. now i just spent 40 mins on hold and speaking to the most matter of factly, not helpful, patronizing voice (claims her name was suzy) but i wouldnt believe that either. i was charged 18$ for their shipping mistake or total con job which i have no clue because i did not receive any confirmation nor any other notifications from them after they charged me., but as i delved into these reviews i noticed this is a common occurrence of customer service futility.
I care more that this doesnt happen to anyone else then the minor cost(theft) . I encourage anyone else that has issues with this company to take a minute to write a review. "
