I love the selection at Dr. Jay's as well as the prices. I dressed my son for the first week of school for less than $120!! However their customer satisfaction is suspect due to their 5 day price adjustment policy. I was 10 hours over that limit and they wouldn't refund me $6.00 on a $800 purchase. This is just unreasonable, the $6 is not really important but it just proves that on Christmas eve if a company will not refund you $6 on a $800 order something is wrong."

DrJays.com sent me the wrong product, and refused to pay for return shipping, claiming it was my fault. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I purchased an item from a manufacturer named Gravis. The item was listed on DrJays.com as "Lowdown Slip On." The product I received was incorrect, the box said "Women's Lowdown Slip On." Looks identical, but obviously won't fit. No where in the product name, product description, or sizing menu indicated that the product was not unisex.

According to Gravis (gravisfootwear.com) the "Lowdown Slip On" is a UNISEX product. Gravis has ANOTHER product called the "Women's Lowdown Slip On" which is obviously the women's version.

I spoke with a supervisor named Susie at DrJays.com and they refused to pay for return shipping. She was quite rude and condescending. I argued that their website was misleading. They claimed that they can name the products whatever they'd like, no matter what the original manufacturer calls them. The only indication was a menu in the top left of the screen indicating I was in the Women "department." She pointed out that one of the items shown that was related was a purse. I pointed out that the description said "messenger bag, not purse."

I asked to speak with Susie's supervisor. She claimed she had no supervisor. I asked her for a full name and she refused to provide it. I then reiterated that wanted the contact information for her boss. She refused to give it to me and then HUNG UP on me.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. "

"I ordered a North Face Metropolis Jacket for $118.99 (winter sale) while in Macy's, the same jacket was $229.00. Shipping was reasonable and it took two weeks to ship and while it is a bit of a long wait, DrJays's completely acknowledge that the cheapest shipping option would take up to two weeks. I also didn't mind so much about the lengthy time for the product to come here when I'm getting the product half the price than in a retail store! The jacket came in great condition, was packaged in plastic type bag and more importantly NEW, with all the tags and stuff. Their website is quite organized and they always seem to have new clothing items and the like and also a lot of sales. So if you don't mind to wait a bit more than usual to recieve your order, then I highly recommend DrJays."
