So I ordered a bobblehead for my father. And was waiting for my confirmation email. I received the email with the sample picture. I then responded couple hours later I had received the email saying I wanted the hair color changed. I immediately received an email saying my ordered had already been shipped. I emailed back and said how can it be if I hadn't confirmed my order yet. I received a response saying that since I didn't respond immediately it was just sent to me. I was upset. Then they said they would make me the correct one and also ship it but I would just have to pay the additional shipping fee. Because is for my father and wanted him to be happy I agreed to pay the additional shipping fee and receive the correct one. couple days later I received my second order but the 1st one was never received. I've sent multiple emails asking for information that that first one I never received and I get an "I don't know" answer. Hello if they don't know how am I suppose to know?! This is ridiculous!! I ended up paying extra for shipping and never received my first order!!! I would never order from them again. It's been over a month and I continue to email them hoping something can be done but they are very unprofessional. Very disappointing! "
"I received my Bobble Head today. All I can say is OMG !!!! My doll looked EXACTLY like my son! Aggie was so patient going back and forth until I was completely satisfied.

"Dolls2U may have a better quality according to their video, but my experience was a disappointment. I ordered ahead and recieved no communication. The first email I got had a doll preview but looked nothing like the photo..so I assume that the resculpting time put it ten days later than the original deadline. I sent more photos and corrections. The second doll still looked nothing like photo. The email asked me to approve it stating if I didnt do this speedily then I wouldnt get it for Christmas. They wouldnt respond back to my emails I sent them asking for progress. The package arrived after Christmas, was a disappointment to the person it was for, looks nothing like the photo, and Im out of 200 dollars. "

"Buyer Beware! Dolls2u Bobbleheads are made and shipped from China. While you are charged for the items when ordered, the promises made for timely response and shipping where never met. The description of the order process on the website are simply false. They did not provide a timely proof and they did not ship my order as promised. I placed an order for expedited processing on November 29th 2016 and was promised a December 14th ship date. Instead, the order was shipped on December 22 and DHL tracking shows it going from China to Hong Kong then to Germany then Belgium. Still has to clear customs in the US and no date of arrival is provided. It will not arrive by Christmas. If you check other online reviews and on the Dolls2u Facebook page you will find other customers with similar problems. Very unfortunate. It was a great idea in theory but practice is another story altogether. "
