I had a small ounce of hope that if I ordered expedited on the sculpting and shipment that I could possibly receive it in time and pray that the quality was up to par with minimal mistakes made. "I ordered several bobbleheads from Dolls2u on November 22, 2018 and did not get proofs until Nov 29. I approved the dolls THAT DAY and was promised I would receive them by December 13 as this is the day I needed them. On the 13th, they still had not arrived, so I emailed them. They wrote back saying the were shipped on the 9th and I would have them by the 14th, but they couldn't give me a tracking number. I emailed them several times and now today they told me they really weren't shipped until the 15th and I should get them by the 20th. Once again, they did not give me a tracking number! WHY DID THEY OUTRIGHT LIE TO ME? These were all to be hand delivered ( 12 of them) I go out of town early morning on the 21st and all of the offices that were to receive them close from Dec 21 - Jan 2!! I placed an order with ProBobble the same day for 26 bobbleheads and received all of them on time. "

"My doll was not what I had order... hair color was supposed to be dark brown... it was black. It’s teeth looks like it got some of the skin color on it, so they look brown. The turtle doesn’t fully look
painted AND what it has painted looks mess.The shirts flowers are not painted. I was so much looking forward to it based on the website reviews and advertising. "
