"I really like this company as they offer such a wide range of diet products. I've had very few issues with quality and the one time I did call, their customer service department was easy to work with and issued me a credit for the stale product.
Prices are competitive and at the low end of the range when compared to places I can buy from local. Sale prices are nothing great but they do offer coupons from time to time that make it worth waiting the week it takes to get them shipped versus buying local.
My only issues with this company is it takes 5 business days to ship to my address and expedited shipping is pricey. One other thing, don't purchase products that can melt due to heat in the summer months as they will definitely arrive melted. They do offer coolers but they are pretty expensive and in my opinion not worth it in my opinion."
