"Slow mailing service unless pay for premium deliver. Advertised prices not honored. Recently advertised Cinnamon hot Chocolate at $11.79 a box but upon checking out price what changed to $12.49 a box. When I called to get the issue corrected I was told that the the coupon special at the time would reduce the price and make it $11.79. I explained that the site did not indicate that and that the Cinnamon Hot Chocolate was advertised below the other Healthwise hot chocolates and the coupon special applied to all products purchased for the month and they should not display the Cinnamon HC at of lower price on their site if they are not honorring it. She continued to explain that the coupon did lower the price. Needless to say I was not impressed by their staff. Other then that when products go on sale the prices are good just be sure to give yourself at least 7-10 days to receive the product. Another website Mydietshopz.com actually has lower prices listed for Nutriwise products $11.99 a box. "
