"I preordered a CD on the 6th so I could receive it faster. When I placed the order it said arrival date was expected to be the 12th. I was so excited to see the mail on that day, but I was disappointed to see nothing there. An entire week passed before I decided to contact them asking where my order was. They deemed the situation solved because I got confused as the date they gave me was when it'd arrive at their warehouse, not my house. They told me I'd be getting it in the next few days. I placed two orders through Amazon on the 22nd and have since received both of them, yet still no sign of my album order. They didn't send me any emails to tell me it was on it's way, it was going to be late because it was sold out, or even what my tracking number was. I've had to visit the website itself to figure it out on my own. Overall, their website is quick, easy, and simple, but their shipping and customer support is terrible. "
