Terrible

"Terrible customer service--as in 0 customer service. I called and called, sent about 6 emails, all to discuss the status of my order and never heard from them. I never resolved my issue and despite multiple prompts from me to not charge my card, they took my money anyway and I received nothing. Ridiculous. Don't buy from here. "

"T-shirt looked like it was cut up with a box cutter. While this was likely an issue with USPS, they took care of the situation and sent me a new one"

Disappointed

"Ordered Doug the pug wrapping paper. Whomever packaged it should be advised to not send it in a bag. It bends, so pack it in a box. It’s common sense is it not??? Of course the wrapping paper is bent, not ideal, right? Beyond comprehension of whomever packed the items."

Unfuckingbelievably bad customer service

"After a month of placing my order wondering where it was I opened a web ticket, (after numerous attempts to call only to never be contacted back) I received an email confirming my support ticket had been opened. Waited two weeks with no reply to my support ticket. I had to post on their Facebook page only to find out they "didn't have a ticket associated with my email address". They opened up a support ticket and ****, I didn't notice a difference between having one open and not. I requested that they call me to figure out what was going on with my order, never called me. Dicked around with their 'customer support' for a few more emails only to find out THE SAME **** EMPLOYEE had opened a SEPARATE ticket asking for the information I gave THAT EMPLOYEE on THE FIRST TICKET that was opened. They claimed I didn't respond to their request so they refunded my order. Honestly, I feel scammed. I'm still not convinced this company is not a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You have been warned.

Not even joking... its been 5 YEARS...

"hahaha i lost hope after 6 months, they said they would refund me to the credit card that i used to buy the item (From Smosh) i called and they didn't help much, they never made the refund and they took my 50 bucks... then after that they said the package was delivered, there was nothing on my PO box. that was back in 2012, i never buy online now cuz i'm scared this will happen to me again."

False Hope

"I was really Hoping to receive this package of merchandise from my favorite youtubers. I spent the whole summer waiting for it no kidding. Then I try to contact the site and they say that the package had been lost. The customer service was helpful but I really feel skeptical about ordering from this website EVER again. I instead just got a refund and am still waiting for it to happen. Please fix your international shipping!"

Family tragedies mean nothing to them

"If I could give less than one star I would. I bought my ticket to a show in December, and paid extra for a vip, and got completely destroyed in services fees, but it was alright because I wanted to see this show more than anything in the world. Fast forward to May, 3 days before the show....an immediate family member suddenly passes away, and the funeral is the day of the show. I'm heartbroken. District Lines DID NOT EVEN CARE SLIGHTLY about my sudden family crisis. I tried to contact them and begged and pleaded for them to give me options, tell what can be done. They took 3 days to even get back to me, and when they finally responded....which was the night before the show...their answer was too bad there's nothing that can be done. Wow. Thanks District Lines....so not only am I dealing with the stress grieving over the loss of my loved one, but now I'm dealing with the added stress that I'm just out $100....I'm disgusted with this company and I sincerely hope I never have to deal with them again. "

Over 6 Weeks Waiting...Still....

"It's been over six weeks since they "apparently" shipped my order and still, nothing. I got a confirmation on February 14th 2017 and its now March 27th, I'm moving soon and I doubt it's going to get here before I'm gone. Total BS, what a brutal company, get your **** together. "

Shirt arrived with hole in shoulder, no response from District Lines, don't buy from here

"So the shirt arrived in the right size and in a timely matter, the only thing was that there was an obvious hole in one of the shoulder seams. I contacted help services via email and (after waiting 5 business days) they never responded. So now I spent a good $40 on a shirt with a hole in it and no way to get a replacement."

Lewis Del Mar 7" Ships In Record Time!

"Being a giant music nerd and collector, I order a fair amount of artist/band merch online, typically through an artist's official online store. In almost every instance, I place an order and wait about a week or two for the item to be shipped (if I'm lucky) and it always seems to take about a week from the ship date for the item to arrive. Not the case with District Lines! I placed my order and received a shipping notification the following day, record in my mailbox within 3 days. The record was packaged thoughtfully with bubble wrap and have I mentioned how wicked cool this thing is? I'm very impressed with DT and look forward to ordering through them again."

NEVER AGAIN

"I have always highly recommended this company until now. I signed up for a VIP package for a concert. They did not send out the email (yes I checked both folders). I missed most of the experience. They claimed the system sent out some and not others. They refused me a refund and never did patch me through to a manager. Nor did I ever receive a phone call. I have used them many times in the past and never a complaint from me. You would think that would account for something? Nope. Pretty bad customer service (coming from someone who does customer service for a living). Never ever again, and they are lucky I bought my package far enough out that I couldn't dispute my charge or I would have. "

Worst service/policy ever

"I ordered a meet and greet package for a concert and never got my email (checked both inbox and spam frequently) giving me details such as time and whatnot, therefore I missed it. It is the bands last tour ever and my first opportunity to see them. When I called the next day I was refused a refund because it's against their policy! In other words, they royally messed up and then refused me a refund. They also refuses to escalate my call when I asked to speak to a manager. I didn't even want a complete refund, just a partial refund because I missed the majority of the package I paid for due to their incompetence. NEVER using them again."
