" I ordered an Arthur Court serving bowl. When the piece arrived, the stand for the serving bowl was broken. I contacted the company and they immediately arranged for a replacement. The next day I sent both the bowl and the stand back to the company using the label they provided. About two weeks later I received a replacement for the broken stand, but I am still waiting for the bowl. It has not yet arrived and it was to be a Christmas gift. Their customer service was excellent until Christmas. I have contacted the company twice and was once told they were waiting to hear from Arthur Court. Now they have stopped responding. Very disappointed."
