"my experience has been amazing. I ordered 1 pallet and then another and my pickup dates didn't match so I scheduled 2 different times. The very next day to my surprise Renea called from customer service and offered to let me pick both my pallets up at the same date as I scheduled the first pickup. I spoke with her and told her we usually purchase truckloads and she immediately hooked me up with Eili Mamrout who called me and followed up before i could call him. Eili then sent me a complete list of pallets that I could mix and match to make a truckload. I will be using him for my truckloads and really want to do my business with Direct Liquidation and their sister companies. I couldn't be anymore satisfied.
