"I Am Very Impressed with the way that Michael & the Team at Digiconcepts handled a could be potentially unsatisfied Customer by being communitive & Helpful, Let me explain, on the 21 of May 09 I ordered a WinDVD 8 plus Blu-Ray from their site, which unfortunately according to Michael they stopped shipping this software due to customers having so many problems with it. His solution was that he was more than willing to provide a different Blu-Ray player software that was not experiencing problems?
I told Digiconcepts that I still preferred the Intervideo Software to which they were more than willing to do by providing me with the Later Version Coral Intervideo WinDVD 9 plus Blu-ray at no extra charge, even though that would have effected their profit margin a great deal,
As a conclusion I have found Digiconcepts extremely willing to satisfy and keep in Contact with thier customers to the best of their abilities (rare these Days)
I received the New Software on the 20 May in Perth W Aust well packaged and since using WinDVD 9 plus blu-ray I found that it is a much superior Program than Ver 8, Hence Digiconcepts are highly Recommended by me and I will definitely do Business with them again

"I am pleased to write an endorsement for Digiconcepts. My order was for 1gb of memory. Digiconcepts contacted my and told me they were out of that memory. I sent back and email explaining what type of memory I had in my machine but a generic would do. They sent me 512mb of the name brand (its costs was more than I had paid) and 512mb generic. I am using it now.
It is nice to know that there is a company that will follow up and work with the customer.

"Their prices are more than competitive. I got a great deal on software from this company.

More importantly, I made a mistake in the order process and was billed twice. I emailed the merchant and explained my mistake. One of their sales reps, Lori Potter, immediately returned my email, researched the issue, and within a few days resolved it...and I got my money back! Great customer focus.

"The customer service at Digiconcepts is the best I have ever received from any online merchant! The effort they made to make sure my order arrived on time and for the price they charged was simply outstanding. My shipment was delayed because my item was out of stock but when they were able to ship they paid the express freight charges. The best way to tell how good a company is how far they will go to please and Digiconcepts went above and beyond. "I had been looking for a new gaming mouse, but the high quality ones (like the Sidewinder mouse I ordered) were being sold for $50+. I stumbled across Digiconcepts and found the same mouse for half that price, brand new, and after ordering it was pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround time and excellent customer service. "I've been buying from this company for years. I've purchased hard drives, modems, controller cards, modems, ethernet cables, and cases from them. Never had a problem. I order the parts from their website, the stuff shows up a couple of days later.

Then I had a problem that was caused by me, not them. I needed an invoice that was 14 months old so I sent them an email asking if I could get a copy. I really didn't expect to hear back from them. They emailed me back the next day and asked if I want it faxed or emailed. I emailed them my fax number and three minutes later my missing 14 month old invoice showed up. That's customer service in my book. Thank you, Digiconcepts.

A couple more items about Digiconcepts:
1. I love their website. It's simple, no frills, and straight-forward.
2. Their prices on ethernet cables are unbelievably good.

"This company is in a word, Amazing.

This was my first time shopping with them, and was very hesistant. I made a purchase for a cpu, however ordered the wrong one. I contacted the company, and was able to not only stop the wrong one one from being sent out, but switch for the correct item(which he did not even have in stock). Great attention to detail, very nice to talk with, and a great way of doing business.

"I've never given feedback on one of these sites before, but I was completely impressed by how far this company went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I ordered a Canon A590 digital camera off their website, and chose to have it shipped UPS Ground. However, I didn't hear back within the 2 days they said it would take to get me a tracking number and confirmation of shipping, so I emailed them to see what had happened.

I was told that they were out of stock, but that since it hadn't stated it on the website, they were ordering it from another supplier for me and had shipped it 2 day express to me as well (which was faster than I would've received it in the first place). They also sent me a confirmation email from the other supplier so confirming it.

They REALLY went out of their way to be sure that they got me this product, and I would suggest them to any online shoppers. Much better customer service than any big box store would ever give.
